Summary
This is a screenshot of BBC 1980s children's TV programme Chock-A-Block. I have taken it from here, the image is [1].
It shows the chock-a-girl (Carol Leader) at the chock-a-block mainframe with the tape reels clearly in view on the right. I do not believe a free version can be obtained as the television programme is 25 years old, a screenshot will not reduce the ability of the copyright holder to sell their work, and it clearly illustrates the programme concerned.
