Trudy Cathy White is an American businesswoman, author, and philanthropist. Trudy is the daughter of S. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A[1]. She has held various roles in the company and currently serves as an "ambassador" for Chick-fil-A.[2] At the age of 19, she became the operator of Chick-fil-A in Birmingham, Alabama.[3] She completed her bachelor's degree at Samford University.[4] She served as a missionary with her husband, John, for a decade in Brazil and cofounded two Christian non-profit organizations: Lifeshape in 2004 and Impact 360 Institute in September 2006. She has written four books.[5] As of April 2024, Forbes ranks White as the 186th wealthiest person in the world with an estimated net worth of $11.2 billion.[3]
