Sharlston Hall is a house in the civil parish of Sharlston, in the Wakefield district, in the county of West Yorkshire, England. It is dated 1574 on the porch, but is thought to also be 15th century and 17th century builds.
History
The house was Grade II* listed on 14 February 1952.[1] The entrance gate was Grade II listed as "Entrance Gateway to Sharlston Hall" on 22 November 1966.[2] The gazebo was Grade II listed as "Gazebo and Boundary Wall of Garden To West of Sharlston Hall" on 22 November 1966.[3] The gazebo was Grade II listed as "Forecourt Wall and Gate Posts Approximately 10 Metres South of Sharlston Hall" on 22 November 1966.[4] The dovecote was Grade II listed as "Dovecote Approximately 100 Metres South of Sharlston Hall" on 22 November 1966.[5] The dovecote became a scheduled monument on 24 September 1999 listed as "Dovecote 90m south of Hall Farm".[6]
