Wing Nuts: Battle in the Sky is a game published by BMG Interactive Enterainment and developed by Rocket Science Games for MS-DOS systems in 1997.
Gameplay
The game is told by FMV cutscenes and it is a FMV rail shooter, like Loadstar but in 2 missions you have to use bombs and ballons to destroy a bridge.
Plot
The game is set in 1914, You take control of a young pilot whose base got attacked by Germans, out of the blue. To find the source of the planes you must shoot any German planes in sight.[1]
Reception
Not much reception was produced for this game, but the ones that exist are negative. A Czech Magazine called Score called it stupid, boring and a waste of time[2]
