I watch many pages on obscure music and Chinese history topics, in which the vast majority of edits are obvious vandalism. I'd like to use rollback to prevent this on such pages; I'm trying to gradually move away from Twinkle as I find it often makes my computer laggy when editing in places which do not have great wifi. – <span style="font-family:Lucida;"><span style="color:darkred">Aza24</span><span style="color:#848484"> (talk)</span></span> 17:25, 12 July 2022 (UTC) |

After making nearly 1,000 to this fair Wiki, I have come to the conclusion that I am ready to receive this special gift. I wish to use it to improve pages, and remove vandalism that may occur. I also wish to say that I can trust myself to be responsible and not rude. Pablothepenguin (talk) 19:41, 12 July 2022 (UTC) |

I am active in AfC and also active in preventing and removing vandalism on Wikipedia, through my work as a pending changes reviewer. I use to have rollback feature back in 2015 and lost it but would like it restored. Edit: I also have done anti-vandalism academy work here. thank you cookie monster 755 23:46, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
- You don't have any recent history of anti-vandalism activity; why are you suddenly interested in this right? Also courtesy pings for @Xaosflux, @Bbb23, @Vanjagenije, in case they have any thoughts -FASTILY 07:23, 5 July 2022 (UTC)
- My prior removal was related to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/CookieMonster755/Archive - as this account appears to no longer be socking, no veto from me here. — xaosflux Talk 11:02, 5 July 2022 (UTC)
- I think the user should do some anti-vandalism work for a while to demonstrate a need for Rollback.--Bbb23 (talk) 12:34, 5 July 2022 (UTC)

I'm fighting vandalism through SWViewer. That's why I want this permission. Thanks. LisafBia6531 (talk) 09:57, 12 July 2022 (UTC)

I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to fighting vandalism on a number of articles, including providing detailed summaries of reverts, and also adding User Warnings to user Talk pages with appropriate information on policies and violations. It has come to my attention that the undo button is often not enough for restoring a page from vandalizing users who use multiple IPs and/or use intermediary edits as a means of preventing the reverting of their harmful edits. The rollback feature is what accomplishes this efficiently and effectively. Thank you. Informationageuser (talk) 11:44, 12 July 2022 (UTC)
