*'''Delete'''. The user has 5 edits. One of these is making this page, and four are MySpace-like edits with [[User:Thirdgrade0015]]. It isn't really biting newcomers to delete this page. User:Lobotomyrules
Not really appropriate content for a userpage. Wikipedia is not a blog, nor a free webhost. Ironholds 22:53, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. I'm pretty sure hosting lists of random trivia is not what userspace is for. Terraxos (talk) 00:08, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
- Delete. If this were an actual user's page, I'd say keep. But after looking through the user's contribs, its a safe bet to say this is simply being used as a webhost. 5:15 00:34, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

- Keep. Sorry to be the weirdo here, but the page has that certain je ne sais quoi which I've long associated with reference works. — Athaenara ✉ 06:25, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- Delete per reasons stated above. Wikipedia is not myspace or a free webhost. --Mizu onna sango15/水女珊瑚15 07:24, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. The collection of such snippets is well within what's allowed in userspace, and so it certainly should be. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 13:09, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- This nomination violates Wikipedia:Please do not bite the newcomers. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 13:12, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- It's been there for a month, and so's he. Please get your facts right before you accuse me of violating WP:BITE or any other wiki-policy. Ironholds 13:14, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- I am not sure of your point. The content is suitable to stay forever. One month is a newcomer. One year can still be a newcomer. WP:BITE is not policy, but it is my opinion that in nominating this userpage (noting the WP:BITE ntushell) you could be perceived as being hostile toward the user newcomers and as havign failed to approach them in a polite manner. You may disagree, but this is how I see it. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 13:34, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- You are perfectly entitled to your opinion, as is he. I simply 1) think it is a complete waste of userspace and violates WP:UP#NOT (see "Generally, you should avoid substantial content on your user page that is unrelated to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a general hosting service, so your user page is not a personal homepage."). If he had actually contributed to wikipedia i'd ask him nicely, yes, but a month of doing nothing and not even replying to the MfD comment suggests he's already left. Ironholds 13:39, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- As per WP:UP "The best option is to draw their attention to the matter on their talk page and let them edit their user page themselves if they agree on a need to do so." MfD templates are not very personable. Assuming that users who don't log in for a month or two are not going to come back is not a very tolerant minimum standard. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 13:50, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- It's not just "not logging on for a month or two". A user who contributes and then vanishes is totally different from this situation; a user who creates a random trivia page and then immediately stops editing, especially when that users only previous contributions were to vandalise User:Thirdgrade0015's userpage. Ironholds 13:55, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
- Delete A collection of random facts, by an editor that has not made any contributions to any article. User pages for anyone that registers an account are not a god-given right, and deleting a useless page rom an inactive account that has never done a useful edit is not censorship. --Enric Naval (talk) 03:26, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
