To report an error in content currently or imminently on the Main Page, use the appropriate section below.
- Where is the error? An exact quotation of the text in question helps.
- Offer a correction if possible.
- References are helpful, especially when reporting an obscure factual or grammatical error.
- Time zones. The Main Page runs on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, currently 04:52 on 23 May 2024) and is not adjusted to your local time zone.
- Can you resolve the problem yourself? If the error lies primarily in the content of an article linked from the Main Page, fix the problem there before reporting it here. Text on the Main Page generally defers to the articles with bolded links. Upcoming content on the Main Page is usually only protected from editing beginning 24 hours before its scheduled appearance. Before that period, you can be bold and fix any issues yourself.
- Do not use {{edit fully-protected}} on this page, which will not get a faster response. It is unnecessary, because this page is not protected, and causes display problems, because this is not a talk page. (See the bottom of this revision for an example.)
- No chit-chat. Lengthy discussions should be moved to a suitable location elsewhere, such as the talk page of the relevant article or project.
- Respect other editors. Another user wrote the text you want changed, or reported an issue they see in something you wrote. Everyone's goal should be producing the best Main Page possible. The compressed time frame of the Main Page means sometimes action must be taken before there has been time for everyone to comment. Be civil to fellow users.
- Reports are removed when resolved. Once an error has been addressed, determined not to be an error, or the item has rotated off the Main Page, the report will be removed from this page. Check the revision history for a record of any discussion or action taken; no archives are kept.

Picture of Falcon Heavy launch
There are a dozen of pictures from the actual liftoff and launch here. It would be much better to use one of those (suggestion) instead of the current picture. Physicsch (talk) 17:36, 7 February 2018 (UTC)

- Sandford Fleming - early life and Family sections mainly unreferenced. The Rambling Man (talk) 06:47, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- "Trading began in NASDAQ," - is this USEng? I would normally hear "trading on NASDAQ" or even "trading on the NASDAQ", but never "trading in NASDAQ"... The Rambling Man (talk) 06:50, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- 2010 Salang avalanches - the 172 deaths isn't referenced in the article (indeed, it only appears in the infobox) and two occasions it notes that at least 2,500 were trapped and subsequently rescued, not 2,000 (that number isn't in the article at all). - Sorry, was out most of today. Fleming replaced with Sydney Riot of 1879, NASDAQ changed to "on". And the source (Library of Congress) says that trading began on that date. Got a reference for the death count (171). —howcheng {chat} 03:03, 8 February 2018 (UTC)

- "...that the Easton Area Public Library holds the original Flag of Easton that is believed to have been flown in the town during the first public reading of the Declaration of Independence?" Both the article for Easton Area Public Library and the source it cited state as an unequivocal fact that the flag was flown in the town during the reading of the Declaration of Independence. "That is believed to have been flown" is unnecessarily wordy, and can be consolidated to "that was flown".--WaltCip (talk) 11:59, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- No. The only unequivocal fact seems to be that a flag was flown. It is not known for certain that the library's flag is the same one. The article says "considered by many to be the original", and the source says "We believe that the flag displayed in the Marx Room is the same flag". The original hook had the "believed" in the wrong place. It should say something like "holds what is believed to be the original". MANdARAX • XAЯAbИAM 18:46, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
I have given the hook a tweak in line with the above discussion. Gatoclass (talk) 22:00, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
