That's not enough, searching for matching information finds nothing relevant with any more detail, and with so little information there's no way to tell whether anyone else with a similar name who might have actually done something notable is really the same person. - Delete. The single UK government source for this article (deleted for some reason in 2015) merely says that she was one of nearly 200 winners of the award that year. That's not enough, searching for matching information finds nothing relevant with any more detail, and with so little information there's no way to tell whether anyone else with a similar name who might have actually done something notable is really the same person.
