:Fact is, since I hope to be a journalist when I'm older, I find Wikinews to provide excellent experience. I know you've had some difficulties with a few of the people over there, but I don't think its fair to describing it as something "parading as a viable WMF project." I'm someone who always like trying something new—I can't stand doing the same thing (in this case, writing for ''The Signpost'') for months on end. Without a doubt I will continue contributing to ''The Signpost'' in the future—it is written by several of the best people on Wikipedia—but I'm not sure when that will be. Bhopal
Thanking you in advance for any help you can give to the very substandard Bhopal Disaster article, with bulleted lists in the place of readable, fact-based text. There is going to be an uptick in page views now that it is back in the news with the conviction of Indian nationals June 2010. Good luck! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Garydave (talk • contribs) 20:21, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

Thank You for your advice. Well, I have a little confusion in adding references in my article. Can I add the references and sources in the end of the article in the External Links section? Tatiraju.rishabh (talk) 14:25, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
- Really what you should do is add references in the article using the references tag. I reccomend taking a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources, which should tell you everything you need to know about using references.WackyWace talk 14:29, 9 May 2010 (UTC)
Thanks!
...for that. I was still struggling with the template when I saw you'd done it instead ;-) Cheers, TFOWRThis flag once was red 13:54, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
Rollback
Hello, per your request, I've granted you Rollback rights! Just remember:
- Rollback gives you access to certain tools, including Huggle, some of which can be very powerful, so exercise caution
- Rollback is only for blatant vandalism

- Please read Help:Reverting and Wikipedia:Rollback feature to get to know the workings of the feature
- You can test Rollback at Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback
- You may wish to display the {{User wikipedia/rollback}} userbox and/or the {{Rollback}} top icon on your user page

An RFC on the spelling of Spitsbergen (or is it Spitzbergen) is currently taking place here. Possibly worth mentioning in the Signpost? Mjroots (talk) 11:29, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
- Yep, looks like an interesting one, that. I'll get to work on it this evening for Monday. Regards, WackyWace you talkin' to me? 12:46, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
The Signpost may also be interested in this, which I discovered on WP:AN. Mjroots (talk) 06:03, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Already put that in In the news. Thanks for the tip, WackyWace you talkin' to me? 06:17, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Hi; it's hard to select/ration images until we know what the other two "choice of the week" people will say. I've blanked out the FP choice of the week, and will edit it down to a manageable size. Do you access the signpost IRC? I've never done IRC before, but it would be an advantage, I think. Tony (talk) 09:36, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- I've been in the Signpost IRC channel, but either there wasn't anyone on there or it didn't work. I agree, though, it would certainly help getting the Signpost out on time. WackyWace you talkin' to me? 11:46, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
USAir Flight 405 - Comments on GA (and FA) level
I apologize for editing your archived page on this article, but I did not realize it was archived until after I entered all the data. You have a great article in my view and you deserve a lot of credit for all the time spent.

You are now a Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. —DoRD (talk) 18:16, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for your redirect change!
...I'm not sure what you did, but it definitely helps. I will copy it from now on!

Thanks for your encouragement. If you could change that to Fabulous (band) I'd be grateful. I take on board your suggestions and will make some text edits and put in more references. Sutton Wick air disaster's GA review
So far as I'm concerned there are only two outstanding issues to be addressed before this can be listed as a GA. The first is to clarify what "blind approach" means, and why it was blind, and the second is perhaps related to that. What time of the day or night did this accident happen? Was it in darkness? License tagging for File:UPSAirlinesFlight6crashsite.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:UPSAirlinesFlight6crashsite.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Articles for deletion nomination of UPS Airlines Flight 6
I have nominated UPS Airlines Flight 6, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/UPS Airlines Flight 6. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Your featured picture nomination was promoted
Hi, I quite like the idea of adding a few more pictures to illustrate the artile. Perhaps cropping the Blair image you found might make it look ok. I'll have a look on Commons in the next day or so to see what else is available. In the meantime if you can help please feel free to add to the article. Cheers TheRetroGuy (talk) 22:15, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
- Actually Blair's role in Northern Ireland is one thing I seem to have overlooked, I'll have a scout around to see if there's anything in the reviews I can use. Cheers TheRetroGuy (talk) 22:21, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
- Good stuff. I agree it would be useful to have an image of Blair in the article, since it's his book and the article is rather empty when it comes to anything but text. I don't think that the image I added was particularly brilliant, though, since it was taken in 1998. Regards, WackyWace converse | contribs 15:33, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
