Blanking of Penal system in China
Hello, I reverted your blanking of Penal system in China as a non-constructive end run past AfD guidelines. You brought the article to AfD. Let the participants in the discussion form a consensus. If you disagree with the !votes to keep, please make a policy-based rebuttal. Final reminder: the AfD tag says, "Feel free to improve the article, but the article must not be blanked." • Gene93k (talk) 16:01, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
@Gene93k: I'm actually in the process of rewriting it, so it would be nice if you could revert your revert so I don't have to. As you can see, I've already rewritten the skeleton of article, and I plan to fill in parts gradually over the next few hours, thanks. Viztor (talk) 16:18, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- In that case, rewrite the article in your sandbox or in a subpage until it is ready to be published. If you intend to rewrite the article, please consider withdrawing the AfD nomination. • Gene93k (talk) 16:21, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- Gotcha. Will do.Viztor (talk) 16:50, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- @Gene93k: BTW, how exactly should I withdraw an AFD nomination, I'm not seeing it on the guide. Thanks. Viztor (talk) 16:57, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- The easiest way is to state you wish to withdraw the nomination at the AfD debate. You may want to
strike(but don't remove) your original deletion rationale. Please also state that you are working on a new draft at Draft:Penal system in China. An admin or any uninvolved editor can then do a speedy close on the AfD as withdrawn. • Gene93k (talk) 18:42, 28 May 2019 (UTC)

Edit war
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on China–United States trade war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Syopsis (talk) 01:51, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
- You're not welcome to use the warning template when you have clearly not read the talk page. Viztor (talk) 01:55, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
- I have read the talk page for that article and it is clear from your actions there and on the main article that you are edit warring. It isn't obvious to you because you don't know how this encyclopedia works - people don't just remove heaps of material that have been sitting there for months on end without even discussing it on the talk page first. Syopsis (talk) 02:34, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
Edit War Warning
Your recent editing history at China–United States trade war shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Unconstructive editing-You have been warned
Hi there-I see that you are taking this to a personal level.Only fair and reasonable edits will be permitted.Your articles seem to be pro-Chinese and seem to be of a biased fashion. We should try our best to keep Wikipedia a common grounds for edits and based on facts, rather than towing towards ideology. You have been warned by several users about your edits to China–United_States_trade_war.Any further disruptive actions may lead to a further ban to your editing privileges.Thank you. Hari147 (talk) 10:36, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Hari147:Without evidence, those accusations you made is a blatant attack on my character, numerous editors have pointed out and participated in the discussion about the neutrality of the article in the talk page over fairly long period of time, while instead of participating in these discussions, you choose to revert any edits that "you think" is "pro-Chinese". While you may feel especially proud expressing your POV, the truth is truth, and you can not hide it by reverting others' edits. I'm finding it difficult to respect your actions. Disambiguation link notification for June 1
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of countries by incarceration rate, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ministry of Public Security (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Wikipedia and copyright
Hello Viztor, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to National Railway Administration have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:50, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Diannaa: List of functions on official website is not copyright-protected. Viztor (talk) 20:02, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
- The site I found it on (http://english.gov.cn/state_council/2014/10/01/content_281474991089722.htm) is marked at the bottom as "Copyright© www.gov.cn All rights reserved. Without written authorization from www.gov.cn, such content shall not be republished or used in any form." So yeah, it does enjoy copyright protection. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk)
Draft HSFC
Thanks. I've initially added the content from the official website of ISRO in my own words. However, the page got deleted due to 'copyright' reason. That's why I created this page now with minimal content. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Esamueljohnson (talk • contribs) 05:19, 2 June 2019 (UTC)
National Railway Administration moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, National Railway Administration, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
