If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Hello Steelmate, just want to give you a friendly warning about editing the Nagorno-Karabkh related articles and communicating with Azeri editors. If you haven't seen the Armenia-Azerbaijan 2 arbitration case already, take a look and familiarize yourself with the remedy #2 |
|||
*2) The remedies of revert limitations (formerly revert parole), including the limitation of 1 revert per week, civility supervision (formerly civility parole) and supervised editing (formerly probation) that were put in place at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan shall apply to any editor who edits articles which relate to Armenia-Azerbaijan and related ethnic conflicts in an aggressive point of view manner marked by incivility. Before any penalty is applied, a warning placed on the editor's user talk page by an administrator shall serve as notice to the user that these remedies apply to them. |

Atabek is clearly trolling and baiting you to say things that you wouldn't normally say. My advise is to ignore him, but if it continues you can report him to the administrators at WP:ANI. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.--VartanM (talk) 22:38, 19 December 2007 (UTC) |

Welcome!
Hi! It's nice to meet another person apparently interested in Abkhazia here in Wikipedia :) You may want to take a look here. Please feel free to ask any questions if you've got them. Alæxis¿question? 20:37, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hi Alaexis! Thanx for the warm welcome. Yes I am interested in Abkhazia events, Georgia and all Caucasus. Will be glad to be part of community ;) Steelmate 21:31, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Reliable sources
By their very nature, as open sources, other wikis, blogs, mailing lists and newsgroups are never reliable sources. Mayalld 17:13, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- Please show me article in Wikipedia telling that. By the way, so Wikipedia itself isn't reliable source as well then? Steelmate 17:17, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- WP:V touches on it (and is explicit that Wikipedia is not a reliable source), however, the definitive work is WP:RS in which we are told that the key to reliability is the degree of editorial oversight. That precludes any source that doesn't have firm editorial oversight. If in doubt, ask at WP:RSN Mayalld 21:09, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Request
Greetings Steelmate. Could you add an Armenian spelling to Abamelik? Thanks, --KoberTalk 19:49, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hi Kober, I see it was done already by someone else, but anyway I am not the expert in Armenian language so I couldn't satisfy the request anyway. Steelmate (talk) 21:56, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

I see you have been conversing with Qwl on his user page. The appropriate place to do that would be his User talk page. Thank you — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 20:20, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Tigran Petrosian 60x95.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Tigran Petrosian 60x95.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 20:59, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
