Re: LivingBot
That's fine, I'll submit a request for rename if you care as much as it sounds like you care (it doesn't bother me particularly). Of course, the name of the bot was (as Ed says) correct at the time; and in case that policy hadn't been implemented when I created my bot. The problem now being that it has racked up 29,146 edits, which can cause a significant drain on resources. Anyhow, I can but ask. - Jarry1250 [Deliberation needed] 22:45, 23 May 2012 (UTC)

Your signature
Hi, Rcsprinter123. I am not able to view part of your signature with my settings. I have been asked to inform you to change your signature. Please see here. Axl ¤ [Talk] 09:35, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- The request is inappropriate and has no grounding in policy. Feel free to ignore it. Sven Manguard Wha? 20:46, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- I was going to anyway, especially because there isn't even black in my signature. Rcsprinter (converse) 20:58, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

Thank You for just pointing the way and helping out the Wiki land novices. It's so easy when you know how, and even the right Lingo to use. So frustrating when you don't. Media-Hound 'D 3rd P^) (talk) 15:43, 27 May 2012 (UTC) |
- Thanks, man. Rcsprinter (warn) 15:53, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- Your welcome - and you may find a wiki novices take on the help system amusing! "Wikipedia for dummies" Not sure if some will get my Ironic Sense Of Humour - or allow it to be published. Media-Hound 'D 3rd P^) (talk) 16:37, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Hahah, that looks... familiar, somehow. Suppose that's somewhere we've most all been at some point, really. -— Isarra ༆ 17:30, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

Ready for more
Hi, its Selene. I have just completed assignment 4 with my other mentor. I'm enjoying it. I'd like to do my front page whenever you are ready, or really any tasks you may have for me. Thanks. "Selene Scott (talk)" —Preceding undated comment added an unspecified datestamp.
- That's great, Selene! I hadn't forgotten about you, but I have been extremely busy lately and haven't had much time for adopting. As it happens I was just about to log off so can you wait till the morning please before I can make a start? Thanks, Rcsprinter (chatter) 21:01, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
I used your template, hope you don't mind
Hey, I used your template at my profile, hopes you don't mind. So, I decided to tell you rather than it feels like a theft. ʂaɳɖaƙɘɭʉɱ ʈaɭƙ 23:36, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- That's fine, I don't mind. I think I nicked it from somewhere too, so whoever designed it is to thank. The great thing here is everyone can copy everyone else's stuff and change it to meet their own needs. Rcsprinter (orate) 15:06, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you very much. Appreciate it. ʂaɳɖaƙɘɭʉɱ ʈaɭƙ 19:08, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
Thanks
Thanks for that! Yet more evidence I need to work more in the file namespace ;) Pol430 talk to me 20:19, 28 May 2012 (UTC)

Correcting category keys
Thanks for doing this. I use AWB myself but I couldn't devise any automated way to add the DEFAULTSORT and change the category keys to match the year of each article. How did you manage to set this up within AWB? Colonies Chris (talk) 10:10, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
- A find & replace to add the sort key, the it uses the title of the page to add the year in. A bit of custom coding. Rcsprinter (speak) 15:25, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
WTF?
What is this? I'm sure you read the FAQ before making such changes? Or even better, I'm sure you asked me before doing so? (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 20:02, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
