Please return to the article and re-review it: "Reviewers who object are strongly encouraged to return after a few days to check whether their objection has been addressed". Nihil novi (talk) 05:55, 7 December 2007 (UTC) NominationNo, I did not find your nomination improper; I found his usage of the reasoning that multiple nominations are improper as invalid itself. My exception was because that objection (POV) was the only one that had anything to do with an article, instead of abstract issues. I do see how it could have come across as the opposite, though, so I'll clarify that. Titoxd(?!? - cool stuff) 06:04, 7 December 2007 (UTC) Twin projectsHi, I was thinking about the idea of twin projects, something like twin cities, it might look like this [1] on the project's page, as a symbolic support. What do you think about that ? ≈Tulkolahten≈≈talk≈ 23:30, 7 December 2007 (UTC) Hey Piotrus, what did you think of this edit? I saw that there were reverts, and tried to help clarify that it is one guys opinion. And that reason just makes me laugh: "seems too high ". Ha! Thats what you call scholarly! Ostap (talk) 06:36, 8 December 2007 (UTC) Thank youDziekuje za zaproszenie bracie Polaku, Wielka Polska na wieki ;) ! / Thank you for invitation Polish brother, Great Poland for ever ;) ! --Greetings [[User:Krzyzowiec|Krzyzowiec]] (talk) 21:39, 9 December 2007 (UTC) Hi Piotrus, I've noticed there were some problems with the copyright of the image and it's still using the Non-free film screenshot tag even though according to Copyright_law_of_the_European_Union The rights of film producers last for fifty years after the communication of the film to the public and The rights of broadcasting organisations last for fifty years after the first transmission of a broadcast. Therefore the claim over there by Alex Spade: copyright may be claimed by Transit Film GmbH in Germany dosn't have any basis whatsoever. Another thing is that: what would be the appropriate tag for cases like that , "PD-EU-brodcasting-film-50"...I think it would be important to sort this thing out and appropriate PD license tag should be created in case one doesn't exist for cases like that. Since you have much more experience on WP and you are the uploader of the image, if yu could look into this and help sorting it out would be greatly appreciated. The bottom line, there are so many images that this would cover and could be used on WP without any free use rationale since evrything related is in pubic domain in EU currently up to 1957. thanks.--Termer (talk) 21:49, 9 December 2007 (UTC) PS. it would be also important to point out that "the rights of authors" lasting 70 years after the death of the author or 70 years after publication in case anonymous work doesn't mean that an image is copyrighted and not in PD. "The rights of authors" do not ever limit the distribution of work unless the author owns the copyright to the work. It is common practice that work created under employment, the authors do not hold the copyright. Instead "the rights of authors" cover the right to be listed as the original author of the work etc. at the time when copyright holder has the rights for distribution. Since the distribution rights of Transit Film GmbH in Germany for the image under discussion expired in 1989 (1939+50), the image is in PD. The only thing needed is the appropriate PD tag to cover it. --Termer (talk) 22:17, 9 December 2007 (UTC) Skąd Litwini wracali itp. Co do sejmów RON to trzeba stworzyć osobny szablon...Mathiasrex (talk) 02:32, 10 December 2007 (UTC) DYKRe: Off topic ?Traditionally, we don't enforce our own remedies (and try to stay out of the enforcement process). I'd suggest that leaving a note on WP:AN asking for more eyes on that discussion would be the better approach here. I thought the general policy is “the simpler, the better”, without fuelling controversy just for the sake of edit warring. --Poeticbent talk 17:05, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

Re: Wikipedia:General sanctionsI doubt that putting the Gdansk matter into the same pile as the more recent ArbCom stuff will really be helpful. It's not a Committee sanction, for one; and I haven't seen it (or at least the sanction-like parts of it) being used in practice within the reasonably recent past. It seems more applicable as an example of how our wiki-constitutional system developed than as something admins need to be aware of at this point. OkCiekawy artykul, gratuluje checi i zaparcia. Zechcialbys podyskutowac ? Of course I can't force you to change your sig, or even say that the formatting you use is not a good idea - in most cases it seems to work fine. But when it goes wrong it seems to do so in spectacular style, throwing green borders around all the nearby text it can reach. Just thought you'd like to know.
