Possible copyright problems
Hi Multi-gesture. I saw in your contributions that in several articles you've added content that is contained verbatim in http://lib.ohchr.org/HRBodies/UPR/Documents/session12/SY/KIS-KurdsinSyria-eng.pdf . Did you maybe copy the content from there? If so, that would be problem with copyright. Could you clear up what's happening here, so we can see how to best fix this? 92.64.31.85 (talk) 12:55, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
- No I didn't copy the content and I rewrote it by the reference.Multi-gesture (talk) 17:22, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
Rojava and Tell-Abyad
You added many information about the violations committed by the Syrians governments against Kurds which is true.
Yet, you deleted recent sourced information about the flows of Kurdish! You need to keep an NPOV on Wikipedia. I restored the material deleted by you but didnt delete the material that you claimed was deleted. Rojava is under 1 revert per day rule. You have already reverted more than once and if you revert again you might be blocked for violating the rule
As for tell-Abyad, I qoute from the source : Tell Abyad is inhabited by interconnected Arab tribes, mostly the Qais tribe, locally pronounced as Jais. [1].--Attar-Aram syria (talk) 18:20, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
- I explained the reverting reasons in edit summaries, you can read it. The sentence "Arabs are the majority" is not in citation. What mentioned by the citation is different and its about Arab, Kurdish and Turkmen tribes who live in the area. If you want you can fix it.--Multi-gesture (talk) 18:27, 26 June 2015 (UTC)

A community decision has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to the Syrian Civil War and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. The details of these sanctions are described here. All pages that are broadly related to these topics are subject to a one revert per twenty-four hours restriction, as described here.
General sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here.
