Hi i am Ryanxclarke, i recently wrote my first article, this was the Salford Shopping City article which you later edited, i noticed you put a box with links in underneath the introduction. I was wondering if you could tell me how to insert these boxes into future articles, thank you :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryanxclarke (talk • contribs) 00:40, 12 January 2014 (UTC)
- Hello, the table of contents is automatically generated if you use section headings. You had used <big> to make the section titles, I changed this to ==Section title==. The use of a pair of matched "=" will generate an automatic heading based on the number of "=" you use. Two "=" is used for section headings for most Wikipedia articles. For example =Heading 1=, ==Heading 2==, Heading 3=== which becomes
Heading 1
Heading 2
Heading 3

Note
Compare:
"...to preserve the remains of people who died far from home more or less intact until such time as they could be brought back for the family funeral." (from introduced by diff and remains in place in current article)
with
"...to preserve the remains of individuals who died far from home, until they could be shipped back for burial by the family." (from source)
