Changes in the article without any sources
Hey you why are you editing the proper article & why are you jealous on the Marathas empire like you removed "Maratha political victory" in Marathas invasions in Bengali & edited in such a way that the defeated & bullshit bengal subah were victorious 🤣🤣🤣 shame on you & for your kind information, Marathas did reached upto some parts of Bangladesh & who are you to interfere in our history just get lost. Hbsalvi (talk) 20:36, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
- Hbsalvi I didn't find any mention of those claims in the sources and removed them as contents must be verifiable by reliable sources. Feel free to add sources for your claims and revert the changes. Also, do take a look at Wikipedia's policy of 'No personal attacks'. Continuing your boorish conduct will surely get you in trouble. --Zayeem (talk) 11:41, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
Which kind of history are you referring ? Just look into appropriate sources & then tell me. Marathas were the "De Facto" rulers of orrisa but "De Jure" of the Bengal subah by which the nawab agreed to pay tribute to Marathas (Raghuji Bhosale) in 1752 for the whole region i.e Bihar and Bengal (including today's Bangladesh) so go study first & then come here to speak. Hbsalvi (talk) 13:42, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- Hbsalvi Paying tribute doesn't make it a Maratha territory. Unlike Orissa which was officially incorporated into the Maratha Empire after the death of Mir Habib, Bengal or Bihar were never occupied by the Marathas and thus, cannot be considered part of Maratha territory. In any case, as I said, add some reliable sources and feel free to change it. If you are having problems in adding a reference, follow these guidelines: Wikipedia:Citing sources, Wikipedia:Citation templates. Hope this helps. --Zayeem (talk) 14:12, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
Your signature
FYI, it is not permitted by WP:SIGAPP to have a signature that makes your username larger because it affects the appearance of nearby lines, especially on mobile. Please remove the code that makes your name larger than others. Best, Psiĥedelisto (talk • contribs) please always ping! 23:04, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- Psiĥedelisto, thanks for pointing it out. I have changed the code. Let me know if it's alright now. --Zayeem (talk) 15:10, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
- @Kmzayeem: Almost. But Wikipedia's font size is 14, not 15, so yours is still 1 point bigger.
style="font-size:𝑛px"
should really only be used to set the size smaller in signatures per WP:SIGAPP. To prevent any errors, I'd use percentages instead, like this, so there's no chance of going over 100%. It will also allow your signature to look right in headers, or the rare talk page wrapped in a div that makes things bigger. (See below.) So, what you most likely want is, if you want 100% (default),<font color="#848482" face="Lucida Calligraphy">Zayeem</font>
, otherwisefont-size:90%
etc. Psiĥedelisto (talk • contribs) please always ping! 16:17, 6 July 2020 (UTC)

- Psiĥedelisto, I have removed the font size code now. The thing is some of the fonts are illegible in their default 100% size which is why I used the code earlier. Anyways, thanks for your explanations. --Zayeem (talk) 17:03, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for fixing it. I know what you mean, that some fonts appear smaller at the same point size as other fonts, due to their ascent and descent. But remember, not everyone will have the font "Lucida Calligraphy" installed, such as Android users, GNU/Linux users, iOS users etc. So it means, they will see your name in the normal sans-serif typeface (which is what a browser does when it can't find a font), just slightly bigger, which will mess up surrounding lines. So, that's why it doesn't matter if the font is technically smaller, because everyone might not have it so we can't guarantee it will be smaller for everyone. Sorry. If you have any questions in future, feel free to write on my talk page. Psiĥedelisto (talk • contribs) please always ping! 17:47, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
