:Not quite like a spreadsheet, but you can do calculations like that. For example in Arnold Schwarzenegger his age is calculated from his birthdate. This is acheived using m:ParserFunctions.--Commander Keane 05:14, 7 May 2007 (UTC) |

When you create a Chart or Table in Wikipedia, is there a way to perform mathematical operations on the numbers in certain columns, much like what can be done with Excel? For example, Column 1 = Year of Birth; Column 2 = Year of Death; with the correct mathematical formula, Column 3 should automatically compute the person's age by subtracting Column 1 from Column 2. Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks! (JosephASpadaro 04:42, 7 May 2007 (UTC))
