You has been putting the {{screenshot}} template on almost all of your uploads even though they are file downloads, not screenshots. The only image that I've verified is a copyright violation is Image:Gold.JPG, which came from here. The mta.net website has a very clear copyright page here. To quote from that page:
- "Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display is strictly prohibited. All content contained on this Metro web site is the property of Metro and is protected by applicable copyright laws."
In this case, the "any other use..." also includes using the image on the Wikipedia, and therefore is "strictly prohibited". You could try contacting the LACMTA Media Relations department on this page and ask for their permission to use the image on the Wikipedia. If you do, you should make it very clear that any image on the Wikipedia must be licensed to the Wikipedia under the GNU Free Documentation License. This page will explain for about the requirements for any image uploaded to the Wikipedia: Wikipedia:Copyrights. BlankVerse ∅ 12:10, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
El Sol
Your article, El Sol, was a direct copy from this page. You should have notice that there is a very clear copyright notice at that bottom right corner of the page ("© 2005 Los Angeles County Public Works"). You should not directly add copyrighted material to the Wikipedia.
I could have just reported the page to the Copyright problems page, and they would have investigated and then deleted the page. Instead, I went through and did some very heavy copy-editing, included some heavy deletions of text, plus adding new information using my own wording. If you will look at the diff you will see how much was changed and how little of the original text remained. That is what you have to do when you use copyrighted material as the source of the information in an Wikipedia article. BlankVerse ∅ 12:19, 4 September 2005 (UTC)

A suggestion
If you want to become an administrator eventually, you are going to have to learn the Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines, and especially those mentioned at Wikipedia:Copyrights and Wikipedia:Fair use. The fact that you've continued to add copyrighted material to the Wikipedia after being warned, and especially the fact that so far you have ignored and deleted any messages about the copyright violations, will guarantee that you won't even get a majority of the votes at Requests for Adminship, let alone the percentage required for consensus approval.
That doesn't mean that you could never become an admin—there are several admins who started off on the wrong foot but eventually learned how to avoid problems editing on the Wikipedia. They did, however, have to show an extra effort to convince other Wikipedia editors that they worthy of their trust. BlankVerse ∅ 10:36, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

NASCAR categories
Please don't remove the Category:Companies based in Florida and Category:North Carolina from the NASCAR page. NASCAR is a company that is based in Florida, and it is one of North Carolina's largest industries and tourist attractions (race shops, etc). NASCAR belongs in both of these categories.
