A different sock
Hi,
The IPs like 109.106.231.225, which belong to an ISP in Belgrade, are used by a different sockmaster, who has quite a long history. Not Evlekis, whose IPs usually (not always) geolocated to the UK. The two sockmasters have cooperated. Their interests overlap but they are not exactly the same. I never got round to doing the necessary background research on this particular sockmaster, so I'm wary of naming them. If you have any insights, that would be welcome... bobrayner (talk) 10:48, 4 December 2013 (UTC)

Ideally you should not re-create an article previously deleted, you should ask for the old article to be restored at WP:DRV (in case of AFD) or WP:REFUND (in case of PROD). I have restored the article history for Sebastian Lletget. GiantSnowman 12:18, 5 January 2014 (UTC)

Did you read WP:OVERLINK? GiantSnowman 12:59, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
- Congratulations on your ramble. I suggest you actually read the MOS (it's not a policy, btw) that you claim to be familiar with, because it says that "unless they are particularly relevant to the topic of the article, the following are not usually linked...the names of major geographic features and locations." I would say Mali falls into that category, wouldn't you? GiantSnowman 18:25, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Leeds meetup
Hi Ian, I reckon it's time for the second Leeds wikimeet. What do you reckon? A Saturday in February or March would probably be best. Do you have any preference? I reckon we should stick with the same venue as last time. Cheers, Bazonka (talk) 20:23, 17 January 2014 (UTC)

WikiProject Poland Newsletter • January 2014 • Issue II
For our freedom and yours Welcome to the second issue of WikiProject Poland newsletter, the Monitor (named after the first Polish newspaper). Our Project has been operational since 1 June, 2005, and also serves as the Poland-related Wikipedia notice board. I highly recommend watchlisting the Wikipedia:WikiProject Poland page, so you can be aware of the ongoing discussions. We hope you will join us in them, if you haven't done so already! Unlike many other WikiProjects, we are quite active; we get close to a hundred discussion threads each year and we do a pretty good job at answering all issues raised. Last year we were featured in the Signpost, and our interviewer was amazed at our activity. In the end, however, even as active as we are, we are just a tiny group - you can easily become one of our core members! In addition to a lively encyclopedic, Poland-related, English-language discussion forum, we have numerous useful tools that can be of use to you - and that you could help us maintain and develop:
This is not all; on our page you can find a list of useful templates (including userboxes), awards and other tools!
It took me three years to finish this issue. Feel free to help out getting the next one before 2017 by being more active in WikiProject management :) You have received this newsletter because you are listed as a member at WikiProject Poland. |

Template:Largest cities of Kosovo
Hi,
I noticed that you reverted another editor at Template:Largest cities of Kosovo (diff). Will you please be so kind what exactly did you meant when you wrote "consistency" in the edit line?--Antidiskriminator (talk) 12:53, 3 February 2014 (UTC)
- Something to do with pink elephants and green sheep. I think it pretty blatantly obvious what was meant. IJA (talk) 22:47, 3 February 2014 (UTC)

Consistency?
You reverted my edit at Template:Largest cities of Kosovo with the edit summary Consistency. I fail to see the consistency in using other names than the target article names. Please explain in the template talk page. Another user opened a discussion there several days ago. Since then, s/he and two other editors have been reverted without anyone taking part in the discussion s/he initiated. Regards! --T*U (talk) 15:28, 3 February 2014 (UTC)
