Safdar Khair Ali moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Safdar Khair Ali, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. The article Hamid Jafari has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet WP:NKICK.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Onel5969 TT me 15:44, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
Sadat
Please note the resources, what is confirmed in the news of Persian and English, even on the Afghan presidential site, which is recognized as an ethnic president of Afghanistan as a people. Sayyed.mt (talk) 20:20, 14 March 2021 (UTC)

- @Sayyed.mt: Hello dear user! But according to the "constitution of Afghanistan", 14 major ethnic groups in Afghanistan are recognized as ethnic groups.
According to the "constitution of Afghanistan", they are not an ethnic group but belong to other ethnic groups in Afghanistan, such as Pashtuns, Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks and others.--Hamkar 99 (talk) 15:21, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

- @Sayyed.mt: Please pay a little attention to what I said. The "constitution of Afghanistan" mentions only fourteen ethnic groups.--Hamkar 99 (talk) 19:00, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
Article 4 of the Constitution states that "the people of Afghanistan are composed of Pashtuns, Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, Turkmen, Baluchis, Mosquitoes, Nuristanis, Aimaqs, Arabs, Kyrgyz, Ghezelbash, Gujar, Brahwis and other ethnic groups.
According to the same law and with the order of Ashraf Ghani, Sadat was added to the tribes of Afghanistan, because the tribes of Afghanistan consist of fourteen tribes and other tribes, of which Sadat is a part. Sayyed.mt (talk) 19:22, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

Constitution of Afghanistan
Hello there!
Is your objection to Sayyed.mt's proposed content change to the ethnic groups of Afghanistan that the Sayyid are not mentioned in the Constitution of Afghanistan? –MJL ‐Talk‐☖ 23:20, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
March 15, 2019 Afghan President Sadat recognizes Afghanistan as an ethnic group so that they can register their ethnicity in electronic IDs. Many news outlets covered the news in the media. I mentioned the Sadat ethnicity in the article Tribal Afghanistan, but unfortunately some of their users deleted it. Sources also say that Afghanistan includes fourteen ethnic groups and other ethnic groups. According to the above law, the second deputy of Afghanistan said in a speech at the Presidential Palace that I personally agree with the proposal to recognize Sadat along with 14 other ethnic groups mentioned in Article 4 of the Constitution.Sayyed.mt (talk) 23:30, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
This news is available in Persian on the website of the second deputy. During the speech, first the second deputy and then the president of Afghanistan, Sadat, were recognized and said that legally, this is not a problem. Sayyed.mt (talk) 23:34, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Sayyed.mt: Please don't reply here. I want to hear from Hamkar 99 about this. Thank you. –MJL ‐Talk‐☖ 23:41, 15 March 2021 (UTC)

"I personally agree with the proposal to recognize Sadat along with 14 other ethnic groups mentioned in Article 4 of the Constitution, and I have discussed this issue with the President several times last year and this year," he said. Sayyed.mt (talk) 23:43, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
He also said that he also asked the President to issue a formal ruling in this regard. I am sure that other ethnic groups will not have any objections either, because all ethnic groups have a special respect for Sadat, and if there are ethnic groups that also want their independent ethnic identity to be recognized, measures should be taken first. Their ethnic independence should be established, and after the establishment of an independent ethnic identity, in our view, there is no other legal prohibition in the government. As for Sadat, it must be said that this identity has been established and all the tribes respect Sadat, and therefore there is no legal prohibition. I hope we will see the issuance of the President's decree in this regard as soon as possible. Sayyed.mt (talk) 23:46, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
"According to the constitution, the nation of Afghanistan is made up of all the ethnic groups of the country, and this macro-national identity should not deprive us of national unity and national interests," he said. He called any voice of hatred, propaganda and division between the Hazara and Sadat people "the voice of the enemy." Regarding the proposal to recognize the Sadat people along with 14 other tribes, Mr. Danesh said, "I completely agree and there is no legal prohibition in this case." Mazari Cap
@hamkar99 The Mazari cap is a Tajik skullcap originating from Northeast Afghanistan and Southern Tajikistan. Other Afghan ethnic groups adopted the skullcap from the Tajiks.
- @Stvs222: No, this is the traditional hat of several ethnic groups in Afghanistan, not just one ethnic group.--Hamkar 99 (talk) 12:19, 19 September 2021 (UTC)
