Jason Aldean
Sorry, I don't know where Jason Aldean peaked, if at all. Eric444 (talk) 06:06, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
You might want to double check your links. Mark Bright doesn't link to a record producer at all, and Al Anderson is a disambiguation page. As for Al, you might want to figure out how to pipe links, like this. Billy Ray Cyrus picture
That picture could go somewhere else in the article. I don't think it works as the ID picture in the infobox as it doesn't show Cyrus's appearance in a way that is recognizable. --NrDg 04:21, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Back to Tennessee (album)
I have nominated Back to Tennessee (album), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Back to Tennessee (album). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Back to Tennessee
No problem =D I am glad you made the article, I'd been waiting for the time when you would -- I might get this album, I loved "Somebody Said a Prayer" CloversMallRat (talk) 18:20, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
What I Cannot Change
Yeah, love LeAnn Rimes, have like all her albums. Anyway, that wouldn't be a bad idea to make an article for "What I Cannot Change," isn't like a #1 Dance hit right now. I guess it probably would be necessary, so I'll make one. How do you like the way I fixed LeAnn's main article? I think it's good. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 22:04, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- I made the article! I found a lot of information on it surprisingly. I'm happy for it going to #1 and I'm glad I fixed her article, it was horrible. I didn't know u liked LeAnn Rimes, I thought you were more into Billy Ray Cyrus, you always work on his pages. I'm not a fan of his, sorry, but that's good that you are interested in fixing his pages. Anyways, I love everything by her it's amazing, she's always sounded like Patsy Cline to her. Do you know when her new album's coming out? I heard that LeAnn is releasing a new one this year sometime. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 23:45, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- Oops lol. I totally forgot the song was nominated for a Grammy. I'll write it in, with a source like right after I write this. I have sort of heard the Dance remix of the song, I looked on iTunes for the remix version. I'm not bing into Dance music, but what-evs, it's LeAnn Rimes we're talking about here, whatever she sings I'm fine with lol. Yeah totally let me know when u hear news for the new album. I'm awaiting her new album, along with Jo Dee Messina's, Shania Twain's, and possibly Trisha Yearwood's. I saw Trish in concert last year, and she said a new al;bum will hopefully be out within the next year, Trisha is one of my favorites, besides LeAnn. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 23:56, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
- I added the nomination with a reference from Grammy.com. Thanks for your help and yeah definitlye let me know about LeAnn's new album :]
Jamie O'Neal
Uhhhh, what do u mean a page? Wouldn't it be weird to make a singles discography for just her Top 40 singles? There's only like four right? Dottiewest1fan (talk) 19:30, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
- Well, to be honest I know absouloutley nothing about Jamie O'Neal. In fact, I didn't even know who she was until I saw some interview about her on CMT almost a year ago. I really know nothing about her music, or anything about her music (except she's Australian). I could try as much as I could, but like I said, I really know nothing about her. Plus today, I'm really very sick, so I most likely would not do it today. But like I said, I could try, but I have to be honest, I know nothing about her, sorry :[
- Why thanks :] I have a a quick question, how can you be on the computer, and in class at the same time, unless ur in some kind of computer class? Dottiewest1fan (talk) 19:41, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
- Oh haha i took that when i was a Freshmen. I guess that makes sense then. I won't be editing too much within this week or next week, because I'm in the play at my school and I'm starting tennis shortly afterwards, so I will have limited use of the computer. Just to let you know in case I'm a little slow on Jamie's Top 40 singles. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 19:46, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
- Well I'm a junior, the busiest year of my life. If you're planning on going to college, junior year is pretty hard. I'm in the Top 20% of my class, and I still have a hard time. Plus balancing other things is difficult. I do a lot of theatre, besides other school-related things, so it's really difficult. I've missed school for 2 days so far and I can't possibly imagine how much work I will have when I go back tomorrow. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 19:54, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
- Alright sir, you take care now too :] Dottiewest1fan (talk) 00:09, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Son_of_a_Preacher_Man.gif)
Thanks for uploading File:Son_of_a_Preacher_Man.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Speedy deletion of File:Son of a Preacher Man.gif
A tag has been placed on File:Son of a Preacher Man.gif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:File:Son of a Preacher Man.gif|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. AC vs. Hot AC
I am wondering why AC radio format is more important than Hot AC radio format. They are different radio foramts but they all play pop songs. I really don't see why AC chart is really important, so should we delete it? Also, the AC chart can not represent the pop radio. I think we should put back the Hot AC charts back to Carrie Underwood discography. But in Taylor Swift discography we can delete AC charts because it is not really significant. Langdon (talk) 19:07, 28 February 2009 (UTC)i7114080
- But why is Hot AC chart not permitted? The page just said it is a component chart, but it is not. Although it doesn't have a long history, it is still the format standard, like Top 40 Mainstream. And you said AC plays everything - I agree because they can play whatever they like. Usually they add the song even the singer doesn't plan to release to AC format. So does Hot AC. that's why on billboard they both end in "Tracks". Langdon (talk) 19:16, 28 February 2009 (UTC)i7114080
- I was talking about that page. Actually Top 40 Mainstream is a significant chart that influenced the hot 100 movement. You can go to radio and record website and look. the audience of a top 5 song is almost 50 million. Top 5 songs on Hot AC or AC charts have only about 16 million. Which one is more significant then? I don't like that page because some imformation is wrong and I can not change it. Like the user said Hot country song chart composed of airplay and sales, but acutally it is an airplay chart. Langdon (talk) 19:29, 28 February 2009 (UTC)i7114080

Image copyright problem with File:The Calling.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:The Calling.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Jamie O'Neal
Well I have time again, so I created an article for Jamie O'Neal's "Trying to Find Atlantis" today. I added cover art and as much info as I could find. Some other user already created an article for "Somebody's Hero," but I will probably lengthen it. As for her other singles, the'yre really not important enough to create an article for, since they really weren't major hits. Dottiewest1fan (talk) 17:29, 11 April 2009 (UTC)

Peak Canadian positions
You know what, archive for country album's position end with RPM. Since 2000 there are no archives. Nobody ever recorded it. We can only guess from the archive of Canadian albums chart, which were archived by Billboard (a few from Jam Canoe). (e.g. if an album debuted at #1 on Canadian albums chart, it would also be #1 on country albums chart) So it is kind of impossible to expand, isn't it?
- By the way, don't remove Australian country albums position. It is offical issued in ARIA charts. Langdon (talk) 04:27, 2 May 2009 (UTC)i7114080
Back to Tennessee album sales
Oh, ok. Well, I'm sure someone must know them, because Kellie Pickler hasn't gone Gold, and there's an exact total of sales thats being kept track of ... so there's someone who's been adding to that since its release. CloversMallRat (talk) 01:05, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- I looked into it, and there's a website that keeps track of American Idol alumni news and weekly chart positions/weekly sales ... ie: this week I think it said she sold 5,000 copies. I found it through a reference on the page for Top-selling American Idol alumni. So there goes my theory I guess : / There's gotta be a way to find totals for Billy Ray's album somewhere. CloversMallRat (talk) 01:05, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- There's a small part of me that almost doesn't wanna know the totals, because judging by the low debut (#13), it may be a relatively disappointing number :( I really wanna know either way though. CloversMallRat (talk) 01:09, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- I'm gonna assume that Home at Last did really well because of the Miley duet - even though this album is really good and much better. CloversMallRat (talk) 01:31, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- How do you know it sold 450,000 copies? CloversMallRat (talk) 01:44, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

On the BRC disocgraphy I added sales above the RIAA note for 450,000+ then... and for Back to Tennessee I just put 20,000+ ... it could work I guess CloversMallRat (talk) 01:47, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yep, I wish they made it easy and had exact numbers listed on a page that we could check all the time - 'cause more than just BRC I wanna know total sales for other artists too CloversMallRat (talk) 01:54, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think there's any that should have pages that don't already ... other than maybe 1 or 2 that were Top 20 hits - but they're older songs, so there's less to work with and most-likely will be perma-stubs. CloversMallRat (talk) 02:35, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- Just make sure you add enough to them so they're not perma-stubs or they'll get re-directed like the page you made for "My Roots Are Showing" by Crystal Shawanda CloversMallRat (talk) 02:58, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
