British Protectorate of Qatar moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, British Protectorate of Qatar, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — Amkgp 💬 04:25, 29 November 2020 (UTC)
Wars involving Palestine
Was there any discussion with a consensus to change the name of the article to List of wars involving Palestine?--Bolter21 (talk to me) 08:15, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
No, It wasn't a requested move. --D4rkeRR9 (talk to me) 15:25, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- I cannot revert your edits until tomorrow because of Wikipedia's policy, but you are violating it either way. You are not allowed to edit any article related somehow to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict because you are not an autoconfirmed user. That means that in order to make such edits, you need to have at least 500 edits and 30 days in Wikipedia. You can read about it in Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Palestine-Israel_articles_4#ARBPIA_General_Sanctions. After you will be allowed to edit such articles, you'll must achieve a consensus before making edits that completely change the scope of an article. Otherwise, you might be temporarily or indefinitely topic banned for disruptive behavior.--Bolter21 (talk to me) 20:35, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- The facts about the wars are correct right? So how does that violate any rules?--D4rkeRR9 (talk to me) 20:51, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- Listen, there is no point discussing this as you are violating Wikipedia's policies. Please revert your edits and resume when you will be an extended-confirmed user and you will be authorized to edit articles related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I believe you actually looked at the policy I showed you, but if you didn't, here's what it says: "All IP editors, users with fewer than 500 edits, and users with less than 30 days' tenure are prohibited from editing content within the area of conflict". Please self-revert your edits and open a discussion to reach a WP:CONSENSUS for what you deem as facts and what others clearly don't.--Bolter21 (talk to me) 21:16, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
