Please leave the article alone and do not edit any more until you have read up on the subject of World War II-era Greece. The formulation is quite clear: "During the Axis occupation of Greece", i.e. not in 1940, not in 1945, but in 1941-44, "the communist-dominated EAM-ELAS had become the leading Resistance organization", which if you take the time to check up the references is precisely what they say, "claiming two million members and 150,000 fighters by 1944", which in other terms constitutes about a fourth of Greece's population, at the time "and dwarfing its nearest non-communist rivals, EDES and EKKA" which is also found in the said sources. Stating that EAM-ELAS was the main Resistance force in wartime Greece is like stating that the Eastern Front was the main front of World War II in Europe. In other words, only someone either with complete ignorance of history or with a serious bias would dispute either. That doesn't mean one likes the Soviet Union or communism as a model of governance, it merely means accepting certain historical facts. Seriously, I have checked your own edit history, you are not one to be able talk about bias here... [[User:Cplakidas|Constantine]] [[User talk:Cplakidas| ✍ ]] 18:20, 11 December 2013 (UTC) |
