"Was it an april fool's joke though?" HaHa good one. No, I just like to be fair and balanced. I understand the capitalist arguments more thoroughly so that's what I focus on. I'm starting to piece together the socialist arguments. RJII 20:43, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC) |

Hey, don't point out to TDC that he's about to run foul of the three-revert rule. It is preferable that he does so, and then we can have him publicly condemned and perhaps blocked. That would be the best thing for Wikipedia. Chamaeleon 21:39, 2 Apr 2005 (UTC) |

Peace, Love, Hash, Music The vandalism warningI apologize if I made a mistake. I'm not sure what the warning was for, because I need to know where I put the warning (probably under the IP address you were using). If you have no idea where it came from, then it may be because I was directing the message to somebody else who also uses your IP address (in fact, this is the most likely scenario). If you think that that isn't it, I would be happy to investigate it further. Please leave a note on my talk page telling me where you found the message. Sorry for any confusion! -Frazzydee|✎ 15:05, 29 Aug 2004 (UTC)
To be completely honest- I'm not really a VFD person. I'll try to give you an educated answer- but if you want some really good insight on how to make this better (assuming it can be made better), you might want to talk to somebody I know named Geogre. Firstly, the article would best be under his real name, not a pseudonym- that's just the way Wikipedia is. The pseudonym should redirect to his name. Judging by some of the stuff that he's done (i.e. met with Fidel Castro, played basketball with the president of Cuba), he seems like he would be a fairly important figure. You should concentrate on emphasizing his accomplishments. A separate section might be a good idea if you can fill it up enough. One of the problems that some of the folks wanting to delete might have is that a lot of it talks just about his theories, and what he's thinking. People want to see evidence that this guy is important, and that deserves an entry. A great place to start might be on his accomplishments at Students for a Democratic Society. Has he written any books? If so, you should definately include them in the article, preferably with a short synopsis. This is another reason why his name would be a pretty big bonus. Anybody can create a pseudonym on the internet and come up with a bunch of theories. I don't know much about this person, or what he does, but if he is notable, then you need to prove it. I know that you listed some web contributions, but the internet has a certain anonymity with it, so only web contributions might not be enough. Having said that, I think that you did a wonderful job on improving the article- this version seems to be infinitely better than when it was listed on VfD, and everybody who contributed did a great job. If you can prove that this person is noteworthy, and add a name, it could work wonders for its future. -Frazzydee|✍ 15:44, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Johnleemk | Talk 13:57, 4 Sep 2004 (UTC) Re: Anarcho-capitalist critique of left-anarchismAich, I'm so sorry I didn't respond earlier...I saw it before and was planning to review it when I had more time, but I never got around to it :'(. Have you already gotten some insight from somebody else, or were you still waiting on me? Again, I'm really sorry about that! I looked at the Redstar2000 page- I'm sorry that it was deleted. Maybe if you wrote a strong enough argument you could try to get it back by using the votes for undeletion page? If you want an archive of what was there before, I would be more than happy to retrieve it for you. Thanks for your time- and sorry again for my embarassingly late response. -Frazzydee|✍ 23:54, 16 Sep 2004 (UTC)
Thank youI am not a contributor to Wikipedia, but I happened to find the article on the Ridge Route in California today. My family has driven to Los Angeles for family vacations from Spokane, WA many times. I was excited to learn about the history of this interesting piece of geography. So, I mailed the link to my wife and two children. My wife called me and asked if I was playing some kind of sick joke on her. The page had been vandalised since I had read it this morning. Bottom line, I wanted to thank you for your reversal of the vandalism before my children had been subjected to the crass and IMHO dehumanizing image that had replaced the article. Thanks again. Tom Heavey (theavey@gmail.com) Speaking as a contributor to Wikipedia, thanks for reverting that vandalism so quickly. I really appreciate that, as I am one of the two principal editors of the Ridge Route article. BTW, welcome to Wikipedia! Hope you continue to make good contributions here. --avnative 14:15, Oct 1, 2004 (UTC) HelloI just wanted to say my joke oin Talk:Anarchism wasn't necessarilly about you, I don't think your necesarilly a pc-fascist anymore than I'm a right winger. http://www.politicalcompass.org/ sez I'm a slightly left centrist. Nice taste in music, BTW, we listen to alot of the same tunes ;) Sam Spade Wants you to vote! 23:46, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
What's in a name?Che, your name is in breach of Wikipedia naming policy is it not? Libertas
stop trolling please Libertas please put your comments in the correct place on the page, and leave me alone.--Che y Marijuana 19:06, Jan 5, 2005 (UTC) Using Che's name is clearly a politician's name. To be honest, I couldn't care less, I just noticed the guideline at the login page and brought it to your attention. Libertas
HiHi Cym, no I don't think we know each other. I just noticed that someone had complained about your name and it made me curious, that's all, which is how I stumbled on your page. :-) Best, Slim 08:51, Jan 5, 2005 (UTC) 'Che Guevara: a revolutionary life'
Greetings, compadre, We have similar names, did you notice? So [moving right along], I recently read Jon Lee Anderson's 810-page biography of our beloved commandante, Ernesto El Che Guevara. Have you read or heard of it? El_C 07:47, 7 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Other Ideologies Using Socialism In Their NameAfter further reflection on the matter we've discussed on the Talk:Socialism page, I've decided to write the sentence I've been talking around, and I've found an appropriate link. I mention this so you'll be sure to check it out and delete if you find it POV. --Christofurio 13:15, Feb 11, 2005 (UTC) LinkInteresting. Sounds like you were probably doing the right thing, but with no edit summary and no remark on the talk page, how was anyone to know? In any case, your link is back. If you have characterized the other link correctly on my talk page, I'd suggest that you delete it again, but this time with an edit summary indicating what you are doing. I hope you understand: you were doing exactly what people routinely do when they try to "hijack" a link. There was no easy way for me to spot that that was not what was going on. -- Jmabel | Talk 04:37, Mar 25, 2005 (UTC)
user:GioueeoiNo problem. I guess the good news is that new editors that make troubling edits are usually either clueless newcomers that start to 'get it', or they are intentional troublemakers that soon give up when they keep getting reverted. Niteowlneils 01:54, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC) OCAPI'm sure it has anarchist members and supporters, but I don't think it is in any way an officially anarchist organization. - SimonP 14:40, Mar 30, 2005 (UTC) Could you please delete this page in accordance with the unanimous vote on its VfD page?--Che y Marijuana 10:10, Mar 30, 2005 (UTC)
Democratic socialism vs Social democracyYou had reverted some pages I suggested to be merged, back to their original under the basis that they are different ideological concepts. Could you explain to me what the difference is between the two ideologies. Thanks, Schnits. wow"Was it an april fool's joke though?" HaHa good one. No, I just like to be fair and balanced.
