== Warning == |

You are turning up consistently on pages where you have never edited, and I am a long term editor, to edit war. See WP:Hound. You are using sourcing that consistently violates WP:RS, as noted on talk pages and at the RSN; (c) your English is frequently bad (d) you do not read the whole page but add information that requires editors to revert it because the subject is already covered. etc.etc.etc.etc. |
|||
This incompetence and chasing after an editor to challenge him, esp. on articles dealing with settlers when you have a WP:COI, since some of your family are settled in the West Bank, looks like harassment. Basically it is sheer incompetence that if persisted in looks like a war of nerves attrition game. Please calm down, study how to edit Wikipedia productively, and take a break. The pattern, if indexed by diffs, looks damaging to your aspiration to edit here. I am patient, but I can't spend all day looking at the damage you make to articles through WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT, and if you persist in following me, introducing poor sources, and trying to force me to editwar I will have no option but to ask that administrators review the record and apply sanctions.Nishidani (talk) 14:13, 18 January 2015 (UTC) |

: Nishidani, please stop these ridiculous warnings. You took out 0404 links with no other editor agreeing with you at the time. |
|||
: As for WP:Hound, I told you, I will keep on checking your edits. I do not change, add or delete anything for the sake of annoying you, but edits like these are clear evidence that if anyone is to blame of WP:COI, it is you rather then me. Why write about the poor Palestinians in the next village in an article about a settlement? Don't make me laugh about WP:COI. <font style="color:white;background:blue;font-family:sans-serif;"> Sandstein </font>, my reverts on Carmel were a misunderstanding of the fact it was subject to WP:ARBPIA 1RR restriction as well. It wasn't even part of the first appeal b/c it happened after. I am not that stupid to do a violation again after being reported. |
|||
While I understand that 1RR rule should be enforce, I don't see anywhere how long it should be. For an honest mistake, I think 7 days is too severe. |

:Insofar as the appeal is directed to me, I decline it. Per Wikipedia:ARBPIA#General 1RR restriction, ""When in doubt, assume it is related" and "Editors who violate this 1RR restriction may be blocked without warning by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offense". This pretty clearly leaves no leeway for error or warnings. I believe that a one-week block is of the appropriate length to serve as an incentive for you to exercise proper caution in the future. <small><span style="border:1px solid black;padding:1px;"><font style="color:white;background:blue;font-family:sans-serif;"> Sandstein </font></span></small> 11:35, 20 January 2015 (UTC) |

I just stumbled upon this so I thought I will give a 2nd appeal a chance. |
|||
Seems like Zero who claimed here @Sandstein:: The general 1RR restriction for Palestine-Israel articles was imposed by the Arbitration Committee, not by a single administrator. Zerotalk 23:59, 19 January 2015 (UTC) hold a different standard for Nishidani, (who was blocked in the past several times) a different standard here. The fact of this case is that N is a good editor who broke 1RR. He should get a short block like anyone should expect when they break 1RR. The rest is hot air. |
|||
A block doesn't appear on Nishidani's block log so I guess the 1RR blocking rule didn't apply to him. |
|||
In addition, as Callanecc noted on my appeal, Cathar66 wasn't blocked. |
|||
Last, my revert is 200% justified which wasn't taken into account either. On Carmel, Har Hebron article, Hammerman's quote isn't about Carmel at all but rather about Umm al-Kheir. Nicholas Kristof's quote is partially about Carmel but then move to Umm al-Kheir thus WP:IRRELEVANT or at least WP:INAPPROPRIATE. The quotes are WP:BIASED and not even connected to the article itself. Just standing there to say Israel/settlers are horrible. Now, to make things worse, a picture of Umm al-Kheir is present (added by one of Nishidani advocates) since -"In the background: Carmel." |

::::: Well, neither Human Rights nor any other neutral international organization think that a blockade broad restrictions that denied the import of light bulbs, candles, matches, books, musical instruments, crayons, clothing, shoes, mattresses, sheets, blankets, pasta, tea, coffee, chocolate, nuts, shampoo and conditioner, soda, juice, jam, spices, shaving cream, potato chips, cookies, fishing ropes and rods, ginger and chocolate etc.etc. did so just to limit Palestinian rocket attacks. == Topic ban == |
|||
In accordance with the discretionary sanctions authorised under WP:ARBPIA2, you are hereby topic-banned from any article or discussion relating to the Arab-Israeli conflict. The proximate cause for the topic ban is your frivolous AE request against Nishidani in retaliation for a previous AE request he filed against you, but a review of your edits suggests to me that your conduct is likely to cause further problems in an already toxic topic area which needs coll heads, not edit-warring and tit-for-tat AE requests. This restriction is of an indefinite duration, but you may request reconsideration of this topic ban after no less than three months of unproblematic editing elsewhere. You may also appeal to the administrators' noticeboard or the arbitration enforcement noticeboard and failing that to the Arbitration Committee via the procedure described here. Replaceable fair use File:Taxibot in use.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Taxibot in use.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text

below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 20:19, 28 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Mahane Yehuda Market, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page TimeOut (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).
