Do not add personal information about other contributors to Wikipedia, as you did at :2020 Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Wikipedia operates on the principle that every contributor has the right to remain completely anonymous. Posting personal information about another user is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's harassment policy. Wikipedia policy on this issue is strictly enforced and your edits have been reverted and/or suppressed, not least because such information can appear on web searches. Wikipedia's privacy policy is to protect the privacy of every user, including you. Persistently adding personal information about other contributors will result in being blocked from editing. I did not add any personal information about any other user, what are you talking about? You removed a reaction of international (non-Armenian, non-Azeri) humanitarian organization as "POV and redundant", how about blocking this kind of behaviour from Wikipedia? |

::Solavirum I am not "accusing". I am stating that removing reliable (I am not asking what you think is reliable) sources or calling them unimportant / fake just because you don't like them, does constitute propaganda (and denial - the last stage of Genocide). You accused me of revealing other user's identity, without providing evidence for it, or for what constitutes identity. This constitutes a harassment and I am sure Wikipedia will be glad to block such activity. |

*Your reversion here was out of line with WP:BRD. You should not be reimposing content that was objected to until there is a consensus in favor of its addition. Simply establishing the reliability of Genocide Watch is insufficient, as editors have objected to the wording and weighting of the content above and beyond GW's baseline reliability; I also disagree with your assessment of the discussion underway at RSN. Further edit warring will be reported to uninvolved administrators. signed, Rosguill talk 18:36, 26 October 2020 (UTC) |

::RosguillI would be grateful if you go ahead and report to uninvolved administrators right now, as I have reasonable doubts of your impartiality as an admin, due to perceived conflict of interest with the subject of the article. :::I'm actually going to refrain from reporting at this time, as another editor has undone your edits and blocks are preventative, not punitive. I'm also leaving a discretionary sanctions notice below, which lays out some of the stricter etiquette associated with articles related to conflicts between Armenia and Azerbaijan. signed, Rosguill talk 19:50, 26 October 2020 (UTC) |

Revision as of 15:49, 14 November 2020
DS notice: Armenia and Azerbaijan
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

- @Rosguill: It is your decision. I disagree with your assessment. If you do not impose at least the same on the users Solavirum and CuriousGolden who reverted the article countless times without engaging in discussion, then I will have a right to report your administratorship to WP Administrators board as abuse of admin rights due to your conflict of interest with the subject (On Azeri side). You cannot be both an editor with conflict of interest (On Azeri side) and an arbiter of the same article of interest at the same time. Regards Armatura (talk) 19:59, 26 October 2020 (UTC)
