First ladies
It was not until the 20th century that women in the US were allowed to run for public office. Mrs. Trump is by no means the first who was ineligible. And unless we're going to mention the birth decade of every first lady, there's no point in mentioning her birth decade either. Czolgolz (talk) 15:27, 10 April 2018 (UTC) @Czolgolz: but you didn't remove that line you only removed the decade line but besides it's not true that women weren't allowed to run for political office before they got the vote if they were ineligible then they would still be ineligible now. עם ישראל חי (talk) 15:48, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
- My apologizes for the incorrect revert. It's a moot point, however, Frances Cleveland was only 21 upon becoming first lady and was ineligible due to her young age. Czolgolz (talk) 18:40, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
- @Czolgolz: she wasn't ineligible just at the time עם ישראל חי (talk) 18:42, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
- Louisa Adams was born in England. Czolgolz (talk) 19:03, 10 April 2018 (UTC)

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement sanction
The following sanction now applies to you:
You are topic-banned for one month from everything related to Donald Trump or Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.
You have been sanctioned for the reasons provided in response to this arbitration enforcement request.
This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/American politics 2#Final decision and, if applicable, the procedure described at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.
You may appeal this sanction using the process described here. I recommend that you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template if you wish to submit an appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me (on my talk page), before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. Sandstein 19:24, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 17
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of African-American firsts, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Republican (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:04, 17 July 2018 (UTC)

BLP notification
Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for edits and pages regarding living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.Template:Z33 Johnuniq (talk) 05:55, 18 July 2018 (UTC)
The fact that you had to ask which edit resulted in your topic ban is very concerning
I see you've been answered on my talk page. Most people would think it was blatantly obvious. I expect that if any Admin sees you making a BLP violation again the sanction will be quite a bit greater than the comparatively mild one I've given you. Doug Weller talk 07:48, 18 July 2018 (UTC)
- On my talk page you say that your edit has nothing to do with your topic ban. But it was about both Trump and Russian interference in the election. Is that a satisfactory explanation? Doug Weller talk 18:17, 18 July 2018 (UTC)
Non-admin close
G'day AmYisroelChai
I find your non-admin RM closing here concerning on several grounds.
It clearly does not follow the instructions at WP:RMNAC, in that the required template:RMnac was not posted, and there seems also a possible conflict of interest, and if so you're not an uninvolved contributor. I note that your signature translates from Hebrew as Israel lives.
You do not seem to have addressed the possibility that there is a rough consensus (seen through the lens of policy) to move back to List of Israeli cities (which is of course what I !voted for, as did several others). At the very least, an explanation of the rejection of this would be good. But probably this was best left to an experienced administrator, in my opinion (but I am of course involved).
Hoping to see your reply here. Andrewa (talk) 08:02, 20 July 2018 (UTC)
