Response to response: "its the claim that the parties or wider media did so 'heavily' that is unfounded." ''Nowhere'' do I say claim that it was the wider media that heavily criticized her: Get to the rest of the sentence. "She has been criticized for this endorsement ''by the Center for Science in the Public Interest[295], New York Times's food writer Mark Bittmann[294] and environmentalist Laurie David."'' That bit about the Caesarian or not: Whatever your intentions, the word ''naturally'' closes down any speculation about her having used a surrogate, so its weasely. I'm tempted to tweak the mention of her "proving" her "natural" pregnancy in her HBO doc too because the shots of her pregnant were always partial (no continuous shot of those closeups of the bump to her face), and the sonogram shots are individual videos on their own. It shouldn't even be in there unless you say "She attempted to show."--[[User:Aichik|Aichik]] ([[User talk:Aichik|talk]]) 18:01, 23 March 2013 (UTC) |

- Hello Zoe. As I said in one of my previous edit summaries, it's difficult to categorise Misha with only 2 released singles and a mixtape, however she isn't a soul artist (from what we have seen). If an artist chooses to sing a soul song or borrow stylistic/musical influence, it doesn't make them part of the soul genre. In some of the sources you have provided there is a mention of words like "soulful" and "soul vibe", but no evidence of her entering that genre. Her performances on The X Factor and before then do touch on the genre, but this was before she was notable and an artist's genre's can't be formed by a competition with restricted song choices. She is at the moment very much in the hip-hop, dance and R&B area, but I wouldn't be surprised if her upcoming debut album contains soul prominently, from there I would agree with its inclusion (it's just not clear now). —Jennie | ☎ 22:32, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- hi Jenny :) ...I agree that you cant judge her by xfactor performances....except perhaps her audition ...Respect ....I guess I looked more at style before the competition and the sources that review afterwards. I think the next-big-sound chart is possibly authoritative in its description of her style. I reverted your revert but I am bit over tired at the moment and realise i should have waited and discussed more here first...Zoebuggie☺whispers 22:46, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- I undone that revert :) I think she's influenced by soul, but you can't call someone a soul artist when they haven't released a soul song. I think her debut album may present her as a soul artist, and I would support its inclusion then, but at the moment there is little evidence to go off. —Jennie | ☎ 23:06, 12 November 2012 (UTC)

Beyoncé Knowles
On the subcategory heading about her 5th album, I think we really should put in those appearances at least for now. There is exactly ONE sentence in that entire paragraph about her album (as it should be because it hasn't yet been released).--Aichik (talk) 20:45, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
- But didn't you just say that I could add one more thing? Keeping it to the album only gives it undue weight, especially for a paragraph that's got lots of other things going on in it.--Aichik (talk) 21:51, 22 February 2013 (UTC)

List of best selling music artists
The guidelines are on Talk:List of best-selling music artists, see second yellow box from the top. The required percentage amount varies based on the year the artist in question has begun appearing on charts. The list also informs readers/editors about the guidelines in the lead of List of best-selling music artists, which you seem to have missed.--Harout72 (talk) 18:27, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
List of best-selling music artists
Just to let you know: list articles are generally allowed to set their own criteria for inclusion when the inclusion criteria are contentious or fuzzy. The sales claims for music artists clearly come under the heading of "contentious", and the listing criteria for the list are listed at the top of the talk page. If you want to change the criteria, that talk page is the best place to go.—Kww(talk) 18:58, 24 February 2013 (UTC)

Minorities in Greece
Hello. You may be interested with my Request for Comments for Minorities in Greece. The issue is, I was trying to add information about problems of muslims living in Athens (some 300,000 people) since some time but my edits are being reverted by multiple users. The main argument against adding this information is that those people are not minorities but immigrants. Details of the discussion are here. However, after my RfC, there has not been so many comments. If you would like to comment, that would be welcome. Filanca (talk) 18:58, 1 March 2013 (UTC)

Your Beyoncé edits
It would be great if you read the sources I put up a bit more carefully. The Center for Science in the Public Interest launched a campaign a month prior to the inauguration to try to get Beyoncé to change her mind. Laurie David started the petition on We the People and remained equally condemnatory after the petition was taken down by the White. These, I believe, constitute heavy, involved criticism. Also, grammar-wise, "the" capitalized, never belongs in the middle of a sentence. --Aichik (talk) 21:11, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
Response to your comments. Titles of a book, a play, works of art, not the titles in other sense. Look again. And explain what you mean by heavy being loaded before just taking it off. To get a more positive response from someone who doesn't see it your way, suggest a replacement, don't just censor.--Aichik (talk) 17:09, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
Response to response: "its the claim that the parties or wider media did so 'heavily' that is unfounded." Nowhere do I say claim that it was the wider media that heavily criticized her: Get to the rest of the sentence. "She has been criticized for this endorsement by the Center for Science in the Public Interest[295], New York Times's food writer Mark Bittmann[294] and environmentalist Laurie David." That bit about the Caesarian or not: Whatever your intentions, the word naturally closes down any speculation about her having used a surrogate, so its weasely. I'm tempted to tweak the mention of her "proving" her "natural" pregnancy in her HBO doc too because the shots of her pregnant were always partial (no continuous shot of those closeups of the bump to her face), and the sonogram shots are individual videos on their own. It shouldn't even be in there unless you say "She attempted to show."--Aichik (talk) 18:01, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
Response: That can be used to take out most of Wikipedia's content, darling. Don't use it as a hammer to drive your own preferences.--Aichik (talk) 18:31, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
