::I already mentioned that the matter of Rumi's ethnicity is debated by several scholars, and each scholar has his own opinion. As it's a debated matter, it's not good to mention him as a Persian poet directly. I hope you put your references under the origin section with Iranian Theory, just as it's in Farabi article. That's a better solution for this. The person who puts the origin section is me after all these changes as a solution. As a mediation, a different section to mention debated origins is recommended by me. Thanks. Barayev (talk) 22:21, 12 August 2012 (UTC) |

:::Mediation or not? This is not the Farabi article and you can argue in that article. This is the article about Rumi. This is 3000+ google books/scholars vs 20. As per "scholars", you have not brought any serious Rumi scholars. Just Halman, who does not share your point of view and is undecided, but mentions Rumi is considered Persian by Western scholars. Where is the rest of the real "scholars"?--Khodabandeh14 (talk) 22:28, 12 August 2012 (UTC) |

Rumi
Do you accept mediation for the article? I am preparing some 100+ sources just incase. Else, if you refuse to accept mediation, you are edit warring. Thanks--Khodabandeh14 (talk) 22:14, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
