::76.31, you're not reading carefully. All Elizium23 is asking is that you don't break up his comments by inserting your own responses in the middle of his. Since he has used numbered points, you should just add your own comment below his in a single block, and number your own responses to his points. You can use the '#' sign to number your own points if you want to make it easier. Thank you, [[User:EdJohnston|EdJohnston]] ([[User talk:EdJohnston|talk]]) 20:53, 14 September 2011 (UTC) |

Revision as of 06:31, 15 September 2011
September 2011
Please do not add unsourced content, as you did to Least I Could Do. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Elizium23 (talk) 15:41, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Blocked?
76.31.236.91 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am unsure what you mean by "sockpuppet" but I am not anyone by the name FaheyUSMC. Further, could someone please point me to the supposed discussion regarding the update I added to the Least I Could Do page? I saw a note saying it had been 'already discussed' but I can find zero mention of this or any discussion on the talkpage. I most strenuously object to being blocked for a month on the say-so of people who will not bother to even discuss a topic.
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Eagles 24/7 (C) 20:56, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- It is clear behaviorally that you are not a new user here, and it is even clearer that you are a sockpuppet. Eagles 24/7 (C) 20:56, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

Request reason:
As per your previous: I am not a sockpuppet, as I am not "FaheyUSMC". I am not sure what you mean by "disruption" but if you read the source provided for the quote on that webpage, it is quite clear that the impetus of the Kickstarter project is Ryan Sohmer's own public statement that he believes his intellectual property to have been violated. To quote the source itself: "Cut to recently. It was brought to my attention that the kind folks at Teletoon took a lot of our hard work, both intellectual and art, and used it in one of their new series. Not only that, but they took our hard work and made a shitty series.". To write it up while leaving that particular portion of the event out is dishonest and violates Wikipedia's policies of Verifiability and Neutral Point of View. The block is not necessary because no damage has been done to wikipedia, nor have I engaged in any disruption. The block is still unnecessary because after it is lifted I will not cause any damage or disruption to wikipedia. As for useful contributions, when I see something that needs fixing, as per WP:BOLD, I will fix it. But I shall not at any time kiss the ass of overly silly individuals who wish to engage in a gestapo manner. Clear?
Decline reason:
The sock inquiry which led to your block is at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/FaheyUSMC/Archive. If we are wrong about that, let's consider your edits. Your only two edits to an article from this IP address both add unsourced content to Least I Could Do, which is contrary to our WP:Verifiability policy. If you wish to further contest this block, you won't be able to respond here, but you can send email to unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org. EdJohnston (talk) 00:23, 13 September 2011 (UTC)

I am unblocked
At present I am unblocked. DragonflySixtySeven has unblocked me to discuss the issue that brought me to edit on the talk page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Least_I_Could_Do
Please see the following and speak with him if you have questions: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=block&page=User%3A76.31.236.91
Aside from this response (which I feel I need to place simply to clarify my situation for those reading here) I shall be limited to his talkpage and the LICD talkpage until such time as he tells me otherwise.
Thank you. 76.31.236.91 (talk) 13:21, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
I did not see your inline comments on the talk page, because it is not usual practice on Wikipedia to respond inline to someone else's comments. My response was intended to be treated as a block quote and my use of "*" and "#" at the beginning of lines to denote bullet points and numbered lists were intended to be kept together. Your commenting inline disrupted my use of "#" for numbered lists and makes it look like I made a lot of posts that I did not sign. Elizium23 (talk) 20:44, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
