:No, you haven't provided a reliable source, had you posted the link to my page when I offered my help I could have informed you it wasn't reliable. However, you chose revert an administrator and re-add the unsourced material, only after that did you provide a link which isn't reliable. Youtube can be used as a source, but had you read reliable sources which I linked multiple times you would have seen it clearly states: "audio, video, and multimedia materials that have been recorded then broadcast, distributed, or archived by a reputable party may also meet the necessary criteria to be considered reliable sources". The uploader in this case doesn't meet the standards for a reliable source. Lastly, the fact you may have seen other stuff sourced in this manner is immaterial see other stuff exists. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 00:29, 21 December 2016 (UTC) |

Hello, I'm DUCKISJAMMMY. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Ronnie O'Sullivan, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 15:39, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Ronnie O'Sullivan, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 17:20, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Re: Ronnie O'Sullivan non ranking finals
Hello 31.200.185.123, not knowing how to add a reference isn't a legitimate excuse for adding unsourced material. When adding or changing information within an article you must provide a reliable source. In my first message to you I provided helpful links about learning how to add references, but instead you chose to revert and re-add the material without a citation. If you have a reliable source then post it to my talk page and I'll restore the information with the link. Lastly please remember to sign your talk page comments using four tildes ~~~~
, and I suggest you create an account as your IP isn't static therefore you may miss messages from other users. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 17:39, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- The reference you provided isn't reliable, please stop reverting other users as it will only result in a block. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 22:12, 20 December 2016 (UTCi

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Ronnie O'Sullivan. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Mattythewhite (talk) 19:51, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Ronnie O'Sullivan shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 22:13, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

≈== Ronnie O'Sullivan == Please start new talk threads at the bottom of the page. Otherwise people may not see it. See wp:talk page guidelines. Please leave an wp:edit summary. Doing so helps others to understand your reasoning and it helps find changes in the wp:page history. Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 23:24, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
I should have mentioned before. Please sign your talk with four tildes: "~~~~" Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 23:36, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
What does that do Jim ? RN7931.200.185.123 (talk) 23:39, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
No reason just thought I needed something that's all [[RN79] 31.200.185.123 (talk) 23:48, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- You can get an wp:account and select a username such as RN79 Then, the signature will look like mine with RN79. There are tricks to spiff as you might see with others' signatures. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 23:58, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
- Do a wp:dummy edit add your edit summary to that. Jim1138 (talk) 00:00, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
Jim this all new to me dude can you do it I left messages to say I added a source RN7931.200.185.123 (talk) 00:02, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- I suspect that if it hasn't been reverted by now, it won't be. So, you are OK. WP:RCPers have a short attention span. There is massive amounts of wp:vandalism and we spend about 30 milliseconds reviewing an edit before reverting or going onto the next edit. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 00:07, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
