| The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, satisfy any standard of behavior, or follow any normal editorial process. If you continue to conduct yourself in this manner, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read at the "Final decision" section of the decision page. |
|||
Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page before making any further edits to the pages in question. This notice will be logged on the case decision, pursuant to the conditions of the Arbitration Committee's discretionary sanctions system. |

Revision as of 14:16, 20 July 2012
Edit warring at Quilliam (think tank)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Quilliam (think tank). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. EdJohnston (talk) 12:19, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
August 2010
Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Asra Nomani. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jayjg (talk) 00:40, 26 August 2010 (UTC)

October 2010
This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Asra Nomani, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jayjg (talk) 16:47, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Zuhdi Jasser article - I will be removing your comments from the lead because you didn't give a source. - regards -KeptSouth (talk) 20:19, 10 March 2011 (UTC)
Adding references
Hi. I thought I would say hello and give a quick tutorial on adding refs to articles. For articles that already has an existing reference section with some refs in it all you need to do is take the url (the link) and put it between two "tags"; one at the beginning and one at the end. We first put . So for example, you can simply put

and that will put the link down in the ref section. There's a little more information in a full length tutorial at WP:REFSTART. Dawnseeker2000 04:49, 11 March 2011 (UTC)

, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Jayjg (talk) 02:32, 16 March 2011 (UTC)- You've been trying to smear her for literally months now by describing her as a "single mother" and having a "child out of wedlock". We are not stupid here; we well-understand that this is an attempt to stigmatize her in the eyes of those with traditional values. WP:BLP doesn't say you can include anything you like in an article, so long as you find one source for it. Review carefully the last paragraphs of BLP's lede, particularly the part that says "Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a tabloid: it is not Wikipedia's job to be sensationalist, or to be the primary vehicle for the spread of titillating claims about people's lives". Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Videos and audio recordings of Osama bin Laden with this edit, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. gz33 (talk) 16:16, 3 May 2011 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not include unsupported or inaccurate statements. Whenever you add possibly controversial statements about a living person to an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did to Zuhdi Jasser with this edit, you must include proper sources. If you don't know how to cite a source, you may want to read Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners for guidelines. Thank you. Falcon8765 (TALK) 03:38, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Jihad Watch appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you. Falcon8765 (TALK) 00:09, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
November 2011
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at God Is Able (Hillsong album), you may be blocked from editing. Dl2000 (talk) 00:20, 9 November 2011 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Smells Like Teen Spirit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Please don't add material such as this without refs. Thank you. Epeefleche (talk) 02:04, 9 November 2011 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Lycoming O-360, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Ahunt (talk) 17:59, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
