Apparently you are not fluent in English, therefore let me reiterate:
(1) Post discussions in article discussion page only.
(2) Last names such as Rangel should be capitalized. I had correct so many spelling mistakes that if I didn't the article appeared like it was written by someone off the boat.
(3) Names of Schools such as the University of Notre Dame and Harvard University should be written out and not condensed as "Notre Dame and Harvard Universities." These two institutions are independent of one another and the careless writing style utilized when combining both school names clearly show poor usage of the English language.
Once you have mastered these key and essential steps in writing, then and only then can you criticized another. Otherwise, it's time to hit the grammar books again. --XLR8TION 03:11, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
