Christian Estremera Ramos, known as Temperamento, is a Puerto Rican born Rap artist living in Providence, Rhode Island.[1]
Early years
Temperamento was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. At the age of 10 after the suicide of his father, Temperamento and his family moved to Providence, Rhode Island.[2]
Early music career
Temperamento began writing rap songs in 1999 and made a huge impact In 2001 as He became the first Rapper to make a huge buzz on the internet and becoming the first indie artist to have over 3 Million plays on MySpace and over 12 million views on YouTube. By 2005 Temperamento was The Top Latin Hip Hop artist in the World and considered to be a living legend in Europe, Mexico, Central and South America.
Christian Estremera Was Featured on Classic Albums like Immortal technique's '3rd World' , Don Dinero 'Ultimo Guerrero' Gemstar and Big Mato 'Mas Pure' Temperamento was also featured on Mexican Pop star Jaime Kolhen. 'Fotosentisis' Album which was Recorded in Dr Dre's Studio Can-Am in West Hollywood, the song featuring Temperamento was titled 'Dulce Amor'
Incarceration and conversion to Christianity
In 2010, Temperamento was sentenced to 27 months in prison for having committed an armed robbery one and a half years prior to the sentencing.[1] A month before he began serving his prison sentence, Temperamento received online messages from his fans stating that God had a plan for his life.[1] During that time period, the artist reflected on the cover of his most recent album El M.E.J.O.R, in which he was depicted as a gold pharaoh. Temperamento considered his self-depiction as a form of idolatry, and began to have stronger faith in God.
