For the purposes of a FAQ there is no need to characterize the image in any way, such as "horrible, upsetting", in fact it is patronizing to do so. And there is no need to mention "delete this photo altogether" as it is widely known that Wikipedia is not censored. And virtually nobody has ever argued that the image should not appear in the article anywhere. |

Q5: Why are we using this particular image in the lead? Would it be preferable to place this particular image in a lower portion of the article, and if so, which image should replace it in the lead?
