FAQ not being followed
The FAQ on this page tells editors to call her British, not English or Scottish. "Current consensus is that she is British, and that whether she is also English, Scottish or Welsh has no bearing on her work or her biography, and is best not discussed." Yet the article is in "English" people categories.
This means the FAQ are not being followed. Either the categories should be changed to British, or the FAQ should be changed. Kk.urban (talk) 07:14, 7 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I was assuming the FAQ was intended for the text body, not necessarily categories. The practice in categories is to be as specific as possible, i.e., place subjects in a sub-category rather than a super-category, when possible. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 11:00, 7 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
