Notes
Line 5 in the initial example should read R 151412Z MAR 2015. Prior to Y2K this was often in the format of YY instead of YYYY. Not sure of a source for that, it should be in the change log of one of the standards or operations documents listed. JbhTalk 01:02, 7 May 2015 (UTC)
