Discussion
Pretty much all of the information I wrote up is public knowledge and should be easy to verify; with one exception: my claim that he's a long time fan of role-playing and D&D. For that, I can only claim my own personal meeting with the man several years ago. At the time I was working for a small software company that was contracted by Wizards of the Coast to write support software for AD&D. (The product would ship as the "Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Core Rules CD-ROM Volume 2"). In short, he showed a deep knowledge of D&D and a desire to create a product that would satisfy fans. (Anyone curious for the details and is willing to suffer a rambling story, I wrote it up here.) Alan De Smet | Talk 22:34, August 25, 2005 (UTC)

- Litrel, Wil (2003-12-14). "Interview Peter Adkison from Gen Con So Cal". GamingReport.com. Retrieved 2007-06-21. - Interview is pretty much about Gen Con SoCal's first year.
- Grigsby, John (2005-09-26). "An Interview with Peter Adkison and Jesper Myrfors". d20 Magazine Rack. Retrieved 2007-06-21. - Interview primarily about Clout Fantasy. May be useful for these quotes which say something about Adkison himself: "The game industry of late has become deluged with clones, and I told myself that I wasn't going to get back into publishing unless a game came along that really caught my attention. Clout was it." "My focus is primarily going to be on Clout Fantasy unless something comes along that just blows my socks off." "I'm not much of a computer gamer. I prefer role-playing games or Magic, and I love small press RPGs. I play the occasional board game, but I think Magic is my favorite, simply because you can complete a game in about 20 minutes. I play quite a bit of Monopoly, actually." "Delta Green is my favorite non-D&D campaign."
