Dudi hails from a Jat family in Nokha town in Bikaner district. Her husband Rameshwar Dudi is the sitting MLA and former leader of the opposition.[4] After his hospitalisation due to brain haemorrhage, Congress nominated Dudi to contest the Nokha seat.[5][6][7] She is the director of a company that runs her family business, Dunac Automobiles Private Limited which operates a petrol bunk.[8] She married Rameshwar in July 1983 and has a son and two daughters.[9]
