Peter Paul has been an international cocaine trader, non-existent coffee trader, lawyer, world trade center developer, foundation president, Hollywood entrepreneur, celebrity book packager, internet pioneer, and acquaintance of five U.S. Presidents. He is the former partner of Spider Man creator Stan Lee in Stan Lee Media (NASDQ:SLEE). Paul co-founded and built Stan Lee Media into the premier internet animation production and marketing studio in Hollywood in 2000 when it prevailed over Disney and Warner Online to win the Web Award for best entertainment portal on the World Wide Web.
DNC Chairman Ed Rendell assisted Paul in June,2000, in delivering an offer to President Bill Clinton to work for one year with Stan Lee Media and other Paul companies as a "rainmaker" when he left the White House in January, 2001 for 415 million in cash and stock. To cinch the deal Clinton asked Paul to produce and underwrite Hillary Clinton's largest fund raising event for her 2000 Senate campaign. Paul agreed and created and produced "The Hollywood Gala Farewell Salute to President William Jefferson Clinton" on August 12, 2000 in Los Angeles. It was the largest fund raising event ever produced for a Senate candidate, the largest Hollywood gala ever produced for a U.S. President and the largest private concert held by invitation only, never seen by the public. Paul paid more than $1.6 million for this event as a cash "in kind" contribution to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign. This contribution, along with similar contributions for two other Hollywood fundraising events for Hillary Clinton in June, 2000, were not reported as legally required by the Federal Election Act and were hidden from the voters of New York by false statements to the media at the time.
Paul became the Mother of all Bullshitters in March, 2001, when he began efforts to hold Hillary Clinton accountable for directing the campaign finance fraud that enabled her to win her 2000 U.S. Senate race. His six proffers to the office of the U.S. Attorney General, his landmark civil suit for fraud, coercion and conspiracy against the Clintons Paul v. Hillary R Clinton et al, his complaint filed with the F.E.C and his ABC 20/20 Interview with Brian Ross, finally resulted in the indictment and first ever criminal trial of a Senator's finance director for election fraud.
Hillary Clinton National Finance Director, David Rosen, was prosecuted by the U.S.Justice Department's Office of Public Integrity, for three counts of election fraud in May, 2005. Rosen was tried for his purported responsibility for the three false FEC reports filed by Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign treasurer, Andrew Grossman. The FEC reports misreported the identity and the amount contributed (more than $1.2 million) by Hillary's largest contributor, Peter Paul. The jury acquitted Rosen . [1] After filing the false FEC reports in October, 2000, January, 2001 and July 30, 2001, all campaign participants hid the truth from the FBI investigators that conducted the investigation leading to Rosen's indictment and trial.
Paul alleged Hillary misled the media and voters of New York in deceptive statements made to the Washington Post by Hillary's spokesman, Howard Wolfson, days after the Hollywood Gala for President Clinton that was produced and paid for by Paul. Paul's landmark civil suit [2] in Los Angeles Superior Court charged Hillary and Bill Clinton with conspiracy to defraud him, coercion and interfering with his business relationships causing the collapse of his public company, Stan Lee Media. Clinton lawyer David Kendall appealed the trial court's refusal to dismiss the Clinton's from Paul's unprecedented lawsuit, all the way to the California Supreme Court. In October, 2004, the California Supreme Court denied the Clintons' appeal, leading to yet another appeal by Hillary Clinton to dismiss her from the case on first amendment grounds. That appeal was also denied by the appellate court and the case is proceeding to discovery and then trial in 2006. The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project
On December 29, 2005, the Federal Election Commission advised Paul FEC Fine Letter that his FEC complaint resulted in its finding probable cause that New York Senate 2000, and its treasurer, Andrew Grossman (David Rosen's superior) had violated the Federal Election laws by filing false reports hiding Paul's $721,000 in unreported contributions. On December 13, 2005, Andrew Grossman signed a Conciliation Agreement with the FEC accepting the FEC finding and agreeing to pay a fine and to correct the false FEC reports he had filed. The FEC subsequently issued a letter stating that Clinton did not violate the law.
After five years of Clinton spokesmen, lawyers and campaign officials misrepresenting and covering up the amount and source of Hillary's largest contribution to her 2000 Senate campaign, and after numerous statements by Clinton lawyer David Kendall that,"New York Senate 2000 properly reported all donations in 2000," Hillary's treasurer admitted, and took responsibility for, the deception. Peter Paul's allegations against Hillary Clinton's campaign finance fraud were corroborated by the FEC. The FEC subsequently issued a letter stating that Clinton did not violate the law.
Hillary treasurer Grossman's formal acceptance of the FEC findings, and his correction of the false FEC reports he filed, should prompt the Justice Department to consider charging Grossman with the violations of Title 18 Sec 1001, Making false statements to Government Agencies, that were originally charged against Rosen. It should also prompt a thorough investigation of the cooperation provided to FBI investigators by Hillary Clinton, her campaign officials, President Clinton and DNC Chairmen Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe in the investigation that caused Rosen to be indicted and tried rather than Grossman and others. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton continues her five year stonewall of this matter and remains defiant of the law requiring her to refund to Paul his $1.2 million contribution, made illegal by her and her campaign's actions. The FEC subsequently issued a letter stating that Clinton did not violate the law.
Timeline

Paul co-produced President Ronald Reagan's welcome Home Dinner in Beverly Hills ten days before Reagan left the White House on January 20, 1989.
1989 Paul co-founded the American Spirit Foundation with legendary actor Jimmy Stewart to apply entertainment industry resources and skills to education revitalization for youth at risk in the U.S. and to support democracy movements in the former Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact. Paul associated pop icon creator of Spider Man and X-Men, Stan Lee, the most effective communicator to adolescents in history, as the Chairman of the Foundation. Paul worked with Boris Yeltsin and his staff to support democratic reforms in Russia and was responsible for broadcasting, over Russian television, the first American T.V. program to be seen by 200,000,000 Russians. It aired on Russia's first free Christmas day, January 5, 1992. The program was Frank Capra's "It's A Wonderful Life" that Paul had dubbed into Russian by Moscow University, with a special message to the Russian People by Jimmy Stewart welcoming them to share an American holiday tradition on their first free Christmas. Paul was also appointed President of the American Friends of Lech Walesa, worked with Time Warner Chairman Steve Ross to develop a corporate support group for emerging democracies in the Warsaw Pact. Paul produced and hosted a Hollywood reception and support group for Walesa, first democratically elected President of Poland, on his first trip to the U.S. as President of Poland.
1991 Paul launched the Entertainers for Education Initiative, to revolutionize the learning experience for youth at risk in American classrooms, created by Paul with Stan Lee. Paul produced the Fourth Spirit of America Awards Gala in Beverly Hills, as a venue for President and Mrs Reagan to deliver the key note speech before 200 Hollywood luminaries. It was Chaired by Jimmy Stewart, MC'd by Charlton Heston, honoring Helen Hayes' 90th birthday and supported by President George H.W.Bush. 1992 Paul ended six years of charitable activities by entering the entertainment industry and masterminding the creation and development of the career of Fabio as international Romance Icon, novelist and spokesman for women's causes. Within two years Fabio became a household name selling more than 4 million books in 9 languages in 23 countries and became widely known as the spokesman for "I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Spray". Paul produced the first booksigning in the White House for 120 staffers in the President's Message Office and arranged for Fabio to pick up then First Lady Hillary Clinton in a romance pose photographed by White House photographers at a private meeting with the Clintons. President Clinton later told a gala audience that Hillary was never the same after "Fabio picked her up." Fabio's career crashed when Paul separated from him due to public accusations of mysogeny and sexual misconduct by Fabio with Seinfeld's fiance, Shoshanna Lowenstein, when she was fifteen years old.
1998 Peter Paul liberated Stan Lee (who created Spiderman, the Incredible Hulk, and the X-Men) from a life time exclusive contract with Marvel Comics so that they could create a new internet based super hero creation, production and marketing studio in Hollywood. They co-founded Stan Lee Media in January, 1999 and took the company public in July, 1999.
February 2000 With the internet stock market boom, and their success in building a 165 man studio that surpassed Disney and Warner Brothers in online animation, Stan Lee Media's market capitalization grew to well over $370 million, about $100 million more than Marvel Enterprises. Paul and Lee joined with Michael Jackson to attempt to attempt to buy Marvel.
March - August 2000 Paul was enlisted by DNC Chair Ed Rendell to become a major contributor to the Democratic Party and the Senate campaign of Hillary Clinton in order to assist Paul's effort to hire President Bill Clinton as a rainmaker to work with him and his companies when Clinton left the White House in 2001. According to a precedent setting civil suit against the Clintons, Paul was induced and then coerced to become Hillary Clinton's largest contributor by Democratic National Committee Chairman Ed Rendell (later elected Governor of Pennsylvania) and Bill Clinton.
August, 2000 Paul produced and underwrote the largest fund raising event ever held for a federal candidate, for Hillary Clinton, in Los Angeles, days before the Democratic Convention began. Hollywood Farewell Gala Salute to President William Jefferson Clinton was the largest event produced for a U.S. President in Hollywood and was the largest invitation-only private concert, featuring eight international headliners singing for the President while raising over $1 million for Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign. Hillary and Bill Clinton attended with Chelsea Clinton and many A-List Hollywood celebrities were Paul's guests in an effort to publicize Hollywood's support of Hillary Clinton's candidacy for the U.S. Senate from New York. Two days after the gala, when the Washington Post publicized Paul's two guilty pleas to anti-Castro and cocaine related activities in Miami in the late 1970's, Hillary Clinton denied knowing Paul or taking any contributions from him. Through her official spokesman, Howard Wolfson, Hillary told the media and the voters of New York on August 16, 2000, that she would return $2,000 she reported receiving from Paul in June, 2000, but would not have anything further to do with him. She admitted to the Post that the Gala cost "$1 million plus" and that it was an "in kind" contribution to her campaign. Two days later, on August 18, 2000, both Hillary and [http://www.hillcap.org/default.php?page_id=18 Bill write handwritten letters to Paul proclaiming their friendship and appreciation for the "boost" he gave Hillary's campaign. Six days later, on August 24, 2000, Hillary's National Finance Director faxes Paul's controller, on Hillary Clinton For Senate letterhead, a request for an additional $100,000 contribution and sends instructions on how Paul can transfer stock to an obscure New York political party (so that his contribution might be hidden from New York voters.) Paul refuses to send the $100,000 in stock but is coerced by the Clintons to give another $55,000 in stock after President Clinton arranges a meeting with Paul on Air Force One, on September 22, 2000, one month after Hillary proclaimed she would have nothing further to do with Paul.
Nov-Dec 2000 The internet bubble burst and Stan Lee Media ran out of cash after Bill Clinton induced Paul's Japanese partner, Tendo Oto, not to invest $7 million into Stan Lee Media. Instead, Oto was encouraged by Clinton to start a new company with Clinton's personal liaison with Paul, former Chicago strip club owner and lap dance inventor, Jim Levin. Levin returns from a secret trip to Japan, in early November, with a $100,000 check from Oto, after Levin delivered photos of Oto sitting behind Clinton's desk in the Oval Office and with Clinton at the last Clinton State dinner in the White House. Levin immediately incorporates Venture Soft USA in Chicago as the U.S. subsidiary of Tendo Oto's Japanese animation and comic book publishing company, Venture Soft Japan. Levin registers as managing director in late November, 2000. This coincides with Stan Lee Media's collapse for lack of cash in December, 2000, subsequently blamed on Paul.
February 2001 Stan Lee Media files for bankruptcy, Paul moves to Sao Paulo, Brazil to manage his last remaining asset, 112 Interactive do Brazil, the leading seller of English language acquisition software in South America. From Brazil Paul cooperates with the Justice Department on investigating the causes of Stan Lee Media's stock crashing in mid-Decemeber. AFTER Paul requests the FBI to investigate actions by Merrill Lynch, Speer Leeds, the management of Stan Lee Media in Stan Lee Media's collapse, Paul discovers Hillary Clinton hid his $1.5 million plus contributions to her campaign from the Federal Election Commission in two separate reports filed by her campaign. Paul immediately becomes a whistleblower against Hillary weeks before an investigation into Paul is launched in New York. Paul associates public interest legal foundation Judicial Watch, in Washington, to hold the Clintons accountable for directing the largest camapign finance fraud on record.
April 2001 60 Minutes' Mike Wallace requests an exclusive story on Paul's allegations against the Clintons, sends his Washington based producer Adam Cirelski to Sao Paulo to spend a week with Paul to vette his evidence, discovers that Paul is preparing a civil suit against the Clintons for fraud and coercion. The night before Wallace is scheduled to leave for Brazil to meet two production crews he has sent to tape an interview with Paul, Wallace corroborates Paul's claim that Hollywood producer Gary Smith (who produces the Grammy's and most award specials for CBS) spoke with Hillary Clinton to lower the fee of $850,000 he was charging Paul to produce the concert element of the August 12, 2000 Gala, and Wallace cancels the interview hours before he is to board the airplaine for Brazil. His investigation tips the Clintons about Paul's plans to file a civil suit and broadcast his allegations. The FEC subsequently issued a letter stating that Clinton did not violate the law.
June - August 2001 Paul prepares to file an historic civil suit for fraud and coercion against Hillary and Bill Clinton when he is indicted in New York federal court on one count of violating SEC Reg. 10(b)5 for allegedly maniupulating the price of the stock in Stan Lee Media. Paul appears on ABC 20/20 with Brian Ross to make public his allegations of Clinton election fraud, corroborated by ABC's investigation. The FEC subsequently issued a letter stating that Clinton did not violate the law.
After Paul holds a press conference in the National Press Club in Washington announcing the filing of an FEC complaint against Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign, and he has a demand letter hand delivered to Hillary's Senate offices on July 16, 2001, Hillary and her campaign Treasurer Andrew Grossman file a third fraudulent FEC report that hides Paul's $1.5 million contributions to Hillary's campaign and Paul's identity for a third time. Hillary Clinton had been served with a civil fraud and conspiracy suit, an [C:\Documents and Settings\peter\My Documents\fec complaint.pdf FEC Complaint], a demand letter - all including copies of checks and invoices supporting Paul's claims, yet Hillary continued to defy the law. While preparing to return with his wife and two infant children, voluntarily, to defend himself against the charges in New York, two weeks after July, 16, 2001, Paul is arrested in Brazil for extradition to the U.S. and held there for more than two years in an effort to have him plead guilty to the New York indictment before he can return to the U.S. He is finally returned to the U.S. after exhausting all attempts at avoiding extradition.
