Mincivan (Azerbaijani: Mincivan), or Mijnavan (Armenian: Միջնավան) is a town in Zangilan District of Azerbaijan. Though the city has been occupied by the Armenian forces during the 90s Karabakh War and is de facto administrated as part of Kashatagh Region of the de facto independent Republic of Artsakh. Its population as of 2010 is 324.
