Mikael Höglund (born 15 May 1962) is a Swedish bass player who is best known for his work with the rock bands Great King Rat and Thunder.
Höglund started playing bass guitar at the age of 14. He first played in a local band called Tryckvåg. In 1990, he joined the band Great King Rat, which released two albums before disbanding in 1992.
