The following is a list of United States attacks that have targeted forces belonging to or allied with the Syrian government during the Syrian Civil War. Other than the April 7, 2017 missile strike, all other attacks have claimed to be in the defense of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Revolutionary Commando Army in Al-Tanf.
Some attacks the U.S claimed were accidental, such as the September 2016 Deir ez-Zor air raid which killed dozens of Syrian government soldiers.[1]
