Gyeongseong Jeguk Daehak (京城帝国大学) was a historical Japanese university that existed in Seoul, Korea between 1924 and the end of World War II, and the first predecessor to Seoul National University.
History
Gyeongseong Jeguk Daehak was founded in 1924 as the sixth Imperial University of Japan during the Korea under Japanese occupation
Gyeongseong University was closed on August 22, 1946, by US Military Ordinance No. 102. It was later merged with 9 other colleges into Seoul National University.
