Kazutsugi Nami (波和二, Nami Kazutsugi) (b. 19 May 1933) is a Japanese businessman. He was arrested on February 4, 2009 on suspicion of orchestrating a massive investor fraud.[1] He invented the Enten currency (literally meaning Paradise Money in Japanese) which he used to fool tens of thousands of people, defrauding away more than US$ 1.4 billion. About twenty one of his associates have also been arrested along with him.
