Construction permit
On March 20, 2007, the FCC issued a construction permit for the station to move to 96.7 MHz. The move would be accompanied by a decrease in effective radiated power to 3.24 watts and a raise in the antenna's height above average terrain to 166.5 meters (546 feet). The construction permit expires on September 20, 2008.
