Early life
Julian Lane was born in Tampa, Florida on October 21, 1914. Lane graduated from Hillsborough High School. Afterwards, Lane attended and graduated from the University of Florida, with his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After graduating, he then became a commissioned officer in the United States Armed Forces. He rose all the way to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, before being discharged in February 28, 1946. Upon returning to Tampa, he eventually became the President of the Tampa Bay Milk Producers.[1]
