India Tower (previously known as Park Hyatt Tower; also known as Dynamix Balwas Tower or DB Tower) is a supertall skyscraper under construction [4][1][5] in Mumbai, Maharashtra State, India. In January 2010, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation gave the official go ahead for its construction on a site located at Charni Road, Marine Lines, just north of the city's historical district.[6]
It was promoted by the Dynamix Balwas realtor group and the architect was B. S. Joshi. Since its first proposal in 2008, it had undergone several design and name changes.[7]
