Hilal Khashan (b. 1951, Beirut, Lebanon) is a leading Palestinian-American scholar of the Middle East and a professor of political science at the American University of Beirut.
Education
Khashan received his B.A. in political science from the University of Florida in 1977. He received his M.A. in 1978 and his Ph,D in 1980, both from the Florida State University with major in Government and under the supervision of Monte Palmer.
