Hariram Sastri is a multimillionaire[1] Malayali industrialist, who heads the 11,000-crore petrochemicals enterprise Vinmar International,[2][3] and is a noted collector of Indian art.[4] He is the grand-nephew of V. K. Krishna Menon, in which capacity he received the Order of the Companions of O. R. Tambo from South African President Kgalema Motlanthe in 2008.[5]
